PlayStation 5 Console (Renewed)

PS5 Was used and had a couple of very noticeable scratches on the main Face Plates,Also the USB ports were very used

Don’t bother! I had a horrible experience!, we couldn’t setup the PS5 because the middle bottom in the controller wasn’t working, I just sent it back but not without paying first £18 for a special delivery! So basically a new PS5 cost £500 I bought this one for my son (which is now disappointed!) I I spent a little less than £500 with the stupid delivery included for a renewed one!! I hoping to get the refund quickly so I can buy the PS5 again but brand new, I won’t bother with second hand over priced crap that doesn’t even work.

Not happy my console stops halfway through games all the time and it makes a strange noise can I get a full refund plz

I bought the ‘excellent’ condition one. I had a few minor problems: 1. When it arrived the HDMI wire it came with did not work at all, lucky I had a spear. 2. There was also a little crack on the bottom of it. 3. The controller it came with had stuff marks, rattles and has little dirt in the ridges of it. 4. The console itself overheats too easily. If I bought the one that said ‘good’ condition I would understand it cannot be perfect but I spent more on the ‘excellent’ condition. I would return it for a better quality one but it is too long of a process. It would be easier to change a wire, clean up the controller and I can live with a little crack in the back.

Nothing wrong with the ps5 it works perfectly fine the only reason it’s not a 5 star is because I asked for a white controller but get a black one and I didn’t get the ps5 box

The product was delivered on time and it was perfect and in good working order

I understand this is a refurbished item however I am very disappointed in this product. It has arrived today, and the controller and playstation are filthy. I am dissatisfied in the quality. I paid £400 and would hope for more care regarding the product. I am worried about the product being faulty due to the lack of care taken in its presentation (however this is just my opinion I have already created a return and not tested the product).
