Great product at great price
Love this knife, the chef knife and slicing knife I bought. After 20 years, i finally had to replace my high end German knives. Highly recommend these knives. High end quality at a fraction of the price.

Great value
I really enjoy this line from Mercer. They feel more premium than the price suggests. I don't really care how sharp a knife is out of the box but it was sharp. More importantly these knives are incredibly easy to maintain an edge on and when they inevitably get dull, as all knives do, sharpening is extremely easy. These will last a long time and they're just user friendly. If you've got a ceramic honing rod you can maintain the factory edge for probably a year with regular use. They're that easy to deal with. Great knife for the price.

Mercer is producing good knives. This knife is replacement my Henckle that got damage after a few years of use. Thank you.
