Perfect and easy to use
Arrived in perfect condition very easy to transfer over to spectrum we just put the Sim card in and started using it. I'm not sure why anybody buys phones at the stores.

Phone screen was broke when I opened package and package was not damaged, very disappointed

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Phone was doing good at first until I had it about four weeks it started shutting off on its own n restarting the phone freeze on its own when I had just bought it but I still have the phone until this day but will be buying me a new phone

Last iPhone with home button
The owner this device refuses to upgrade his iPhone to a newer model without a “home” button, so a refurbished phone was our only option. There is one minor glitch with this particular phone’s function, but it works just fine! Hubby is happy :)
