The first thing I noticed is that the base is fairly lightweight but given the nature of the product that it still needs to have some weight to it. The second thing I noticed is that the leg that secures the base isn’t flapping around everywhere, it clips into the bottom making the install easier. There is always an amount of learning when installing new bases and car seats but this one was pretty straight forward, there is a reassuring click to show its fitted well, likewise when you fit your seat to the base there is a clear green sign to tell you it’s secure. There are grippy straps to ensure the base doesn’t slide around. Not that you can see much of it but the colour and design matches my car seats and looks decent.

We have been using this car seat now a couple of months, have to say it’s brilliant! Love the fact it’s a 360 spin, so makes getting toddler in and out easier. Also that it rear or forward faces. The seat also comes with the newborn insert( we haven’t used this). The seat was so easy to install on the isofix base. The seat feels like it has lots of padding. The fact the straps stay up in positron is a brilliant feature. Really does make it so easy get toddler in. The seat also had 5 recline positions, making naps on the go perfect! The turn feature is also very easy to use, there is also an option to lock the seat from forward facing. This is done on the isofix base. The seat is a little heavy to swap from car to car. All in all it’s a brilliant car seat, only negative is I don’t think it will last as long as some car seats on the market as little one is on the higher centile.

As a first-time dad, I’ve found a lot of baby gear can be confusing or overly complicated, so I really appreciated how straightforward the Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 is. The 360 swivel is a huge help, being able to turn the seat towards me makes it so much easier to get our baby in and out of the car, and it also swivels the other way so mum can easily access it from the passenger side too. The design is intuitive, with big grey buttons showing where to press to undock or lift it out. It just makes sense without having to overthink it. Also with the attachments it fits well on my Oyster 3 pram as shown in the photo. If I had one gripe, it’s that docking the seat back onto the base can be a bit fiddly. You can’t really see where it’s lining up, and I’ve overshot it a couple of times. Not a major issue, but maybe some kind of guide or stop would help. Overall, it’s been a solid choice; easy to use, feels safe, and hasn’t added stress to an already busy time.

Abbiamo acquistato la base family fix 360 in abbinata con ovetto pebble 360. La base si aggancia tramite isofix e piede di supporto e la corretta installazione è confermata da indicatori che diventano verdi. Si tratta comunque di un'installazione estremamente semplice. La base permette quindi di agganciare l'ovetto velocemente e con minor rischio di errore senza dover ogni volta agganciarlo tramite cintura. Essendo rotante la facilità di aggancio dell'ovetto è ancora più alta e la comodità a sederci o toglierci il bimbo è estrema. Questa base verrà anche poi utilizzata con il seggiolino di gruppo successivo che accompagnerà il nostro bimbo nei viaggi. L'ovetto pebble 360 l'abbiamo scelto per le sue caratteristiche di sicurezza. Si presenta robusto, ma abbastanza leggero (4,3 kg), i tessuti sono comodi e traspiranti e l'inserto per neonati ci permette di utilizzarlo fin dai primissimi giorni, anche coi bimbi più piccini. È omologato fino agli 83cm, personalmente penso però lo abbandoneremo prima, scegliendo poi un altro seggiolino di gruppo successivo da abbinare alla stessa base, in quanto questo ovetto risulta comunque un po' strettino. Questo ovetto, tramite adattatori è compatibile con il nostro passeggino Leona2, ottimo in caso di passaggi brevissimi in cui sono necessarie le ruote (l'ovetto non è un dispositivo idoneo alle passeggiate!!). Unica pecca di questo ovetto è la reclinazione. Con macchine con sedili sportivi molto inclinati il bimbo risulta poco sdraiato. Ottimo invece su auto con sedili ad inclinazione neutra.

Completamente necesario para usar la silla el primer mes o más (depende tamaño de bebe).

Compré la Base isofix para ponerla con la sillita que había comprado. Es muy fácil de instalar en el coche y queda bien anclada tanto al asiento como al suelo. Esta Base se gira 360 grados para que puedan ir los niños a contra marcha que es lo más recomendado por los menos hasta el año y medio y en general se usa así hasta los 3-4 años. La Base se puede usar desde el nacimiento hasta los cuatro años aproximadamente. Es una Base muy segura para nuestros peques y de muy buena calidad. La silla encaja perfectamente en la base solamente al ponerla encima de la base se escucha el click de que a encajado. También desde la base se controla si quieres que vaya más reclinado. No puedo estar más contenta con la compra aunque al principio parece un armatoste luego cuando lo montas completo te das cuenta de lo seguro y cómodo que viaja el bebé en el coche. La recomiendo totalmente,desde luego merece la pena pagar el dinero que vale por ella porque viajas con seguridad y confianza.

Dieser Kindersitz bietet nicht nur ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit, sondern auch ein durchdachtes Design, das den Alltag mit einem Kleinkind erleichtert. Der 360-Grad-Drehmechanismus ist ein echter Game-Changer. Es macht das Ein- und Aussteigen meines Kindes zum Kinderspiel und schont gleichzeitig meinen Rücken. Kein mühsames Verrenken mehr, um mein Kind in den Sitz zu setzen oder herauszunehmen. Einfach drehen und schon ist es erledigt! Die Verarbeitungsqualität des Family fix 360 ist hervorragend. Ich fühle mich absolut sicher, wenn mein Kind darin sitzt. Die ISOFIX-Befestigung sorgt für eine stabile Verbindung mit dem Auto und minimiert das Risiko von Fehlern bei der Installation. Das gibt mir als Elternteil ein beruhigendes Gefühl, dass mein Kind optimal geschützt ist. Der Komfort ist ebenfalls bemerkenswert. Die Polsterung ist weich und angenehm für mein Kind, und die verstellbare Kopfstütze wächst mit ihm mit. Das ermöglicht eine lange Nutzungsdauer, was wiederum eine lohnende Investition darstellt. Die Reinigung gestaltet sich unkompliziert. Die Bezüge sind leicht abnehmbar und waschbar, sodass ich keine Angst vor verschütteten Getränken oder klebrigen Fingern habe. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist der Preis, der etwas höher ist als bei anderen Kindersitzen. Aber für die Sicherheit und den Komfort, den der Family fix 360 bietet, ist es meiner Meinung nach den Aufpreis absolut wert. Insgesamt bin ich rundum zufrieden mit dem Maxi Cosi Family fix 360 und kann ihn allen Eltern wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein absolutes Must-Have für jeden, der nach einem sicheren und praktischen Kindersitz sucht, der den Alltag erleichtert.
