Beautiful salsa con queso sauce, somewhat mild with a bit of spice, but not too much. I usually make my own with processed cheese food and salsa, but this is a quick and easy way to get a nice dip in a pinch. I also use it as a flavoring or a base for sauces. I think, for my purposes, this is a perfect combination of subtle heat and mellow cheese. This glass bottle is a good size for the price, and I consider it a good value. The consistency is smooth and satisfying. Enjoy!

This is an intense medium spice. I feel like I have a well adjusted pallette. I'm not sensitive to heat, but I don't chase the burn. For instance, I love a jalapeno pizza but once in a while I'll come across one that makes me sweat a little. The cheese sauce on chips alone burnt me up. Seriously, it's been 10-15 minutes and I still feel it.....not only in my mouth, but there are all sorts of weird sensations taking place. It's a decent nacho cheese, I'm not really mad at it, but never in a million years did I expect such an ordeal from a product labeled "medium". And I don't know what they use, but it's just cheese and heat. There is no pepper flavor which is odd. Heat is so subjective I'm not sure anyone is going to quite understand what just happened based on a random review, but for the love of all that is sacred, proceed with caution. This cheapo cheese in a can is no joke.

Really tasty, not too spicy for those who are Scoville Unit challenged. I make queso myself, but this is just easy, and not disappointing.
