Love, Love, Love this product!!! If you have a fireplace insert with glass, this is the product you need. My husband has been using an industrial glass cleaner for years on our insert and most the time he had to get a razor blade to get the tar and smoke build up off the windows. Plus it would leave an awful smell the first few minutes we burned a fire the next time. But not this stuff. He sprayed it on, let it set a few minutes and off went a month's worth of build up to a shiny, clear window. There's no smell even once the fire is going. It's so great to be able to see the flames and not just a weird glow.

This worked perfect!! I had to clean a couple of years worth of black suite off the window on our wood burning fireplace. I was shocked how well it worked. Worth the money.

Takes a little elbow grease, but overall I was satisfied with the product. It cut through the residue on the wood stove's glass door.

I can’t say enough about this product. It is absolutely an excellent product. It does exactly what it says it will do. I have been using it on the glass to the fireplace, perfect job in cleaning the glass. And it does it with ease. So today, I decided to try it on my glass stove, and I followed the directions for the glass stove. The top of my stove looks like the day it was delivered. Not a smear nor a haze was present. It looked like a sheet of glass. I have tried many other products on my stove but this surpasses all of them. You cannot go wrong with this product and I highly recommend it!

Cleaner works wonderfully. Baked on dirt and soot easily come off with this cleaner. I highly recommend this cleaner for heavy duty on fragile class fireplace enclosures.

This does not work, I sprayed it on let it sit still never came off had to use a scraper to clean just one day of build up. Don't waste your money.

Some previous reviews said it removed the white haze off the glass. I went over it several times using the scrub and buffing cloth. However, it did not remove it. It does look better than it was but I can’t recommend it for removing the white film on the glass. I saw another product that said it would do that, but the chemicals looked to be very strong and I was hoping not to need it.

I was skeptical but it managed to removed baked in sooth on the first try, the ceramic glass of the wood burning insert look better than new.

Does a great job of cleaning up the fireplace glass. Have a few tough spots but nothing a little elbow grease and a scrub daddy didn't work on.
