Everything or Nothing? Definitely Everything!
I got this game when it first came out and i am still playing it to this day. I hoped that it wouldn't be yet another first-person because i thought James Bond could do with a change. When i turned the PS2 on i could only hope for the best. The first level compleely took me by surprise! I was expecting to go the menu, then go to the level, but i went straight to the level. Then there is the multiplayer mode. For PS2 standards this is extremely good. My favourite multiplayer mode is the cooperative, which to my surprise has a completely different story to its 007 counterpart. In cooperative mode, sometimes you are required to charge in all guns blazing but i prefer to stay back in stealth and eliminate enemies one by one (either way is accessible and efficient). This game has incredible replay value with 3 different difficulty levels (Operative= Easy, Agent= Medium and 00 Agent= very hard). As mentioned earlier on the review i got this game the day it came out, but i have still only completed a few levels on 00 Agent. Despite the optional intense difficulty, your efforts do not go unrewarded, as the right amount of Platinum medals (the symbol of your achievement) will reward you with cool unlockables. The targeting is excellent and allows you to shoot your opponent in any place e.g. if i was to shoot his leg then he could not walk. The vehicle scenes were great and boasted a wide array of weapons such as smoke screen, missiles, electromagnets and many more. If you are hesitating to buy this game, then i urge you not to. Get this game now or you will regret it for the rest of your days!

Good game, could have been great though ...
First of all, i'm not a huge Bond fan as i find the films a bit old fashioned for my tastes (i prefer Bourne - fingers crossed they will make a game based on those films for the PS2). Anyway, that being said i do usually enjoy playing 007 games such as the classic Goldeneye on the N64 or Agent Under Fire on the PS2. So i was really looking forward to playing Everything or Nothing after seeing the good reviews on amazon. However, i do feel the game suffers quite a bit due to two main things: the awkward control system and the insanely short duration of some of the levels. I'm not a fan of third-person shooters in general as turning around or changing view always seems really unrealistic and annoying. This game is a good example of this, especially when you use the auto lock aiming system and need to switch to shoot another person. It's really inneffective and sometimes the auto-lock goes a bit awol for no reason and the camera goes all weird. Also, some of the levels at the start last about 5 minutes. I'm not a hardcore gamer so i'm pretty rubbish at most games apart from pro evo, but i've had this less than a week and i'm nearly at the end. It's a real shame because some of the levels are really good and just as i feel like i'm getting into it there's a cut scene and its the end of the mission. Apart from that i think its a good game, with massive variety of missions (you get to ride bikes, drive cars and tanks, fly helicopters, stop a slutty-looking shannon elizabeth from falling off a cliff etc.), there's a handful of cool gadgets and the authenticity is superb seen as pierce brosnan lends his voice, as do william defoe and heidi klum. But the game is really let down by the annoying control system and short time span of the levels. All in all its definitely worth buying if you can get it for under a tenner.

Everything or nothing, a question or a statement?
Wellity wellity wellity, it would appear that this game is more nothing than everything. i cannot strees to you enough why you shaould never even consider buying such a substandard mediocre game. over all this was a pretty fantastic game.

A Serious Step Backwards
After recieving this game on the release date i thought i was in for the best game on the PS2 so far, but what i was met with was a lackluster performance which came nowhere near Nightfire. After occasionally playing the game i found i had completed it in 10 days - all of the missions completed first time. Nightfire had me attempting to complete it for 9 months!!! The addition of Pierce Brosnans voice, along with many other actors, did nothing for me as in the end all i want is a decent all round game. The levals themselves leave me with no desire to play them again, one of the great features of Nightfire being the amount of fun the levals produced. The only levals to come close were where you jump off a cliff and driving a tank through Moscow. The multiplayer is atrocious, with nothing to do except co-op. me and my older sister have played - and enjoyed - nightfires amount of variables and levals so when the new game was released we were annoyed that there was no facility to add bots to your games. First person was also so much better that third person, and the aiming function is just silly. there was a much better, and more believable, set of weopns and gagets in nightfire and overall its much more low key feel much more suilted my tastes and plenty of other peoples to.

i really enjoyed this game its more interesting as you have to use a veriety of gadgets frequently and a selection of vehicles to drive around in. it wasnt too dificult yet a good challenge at times so overall a good game to play.
