Good for physical therapy. It's dense and won't deform, long enough for me to lay across, and lightweight for easy transport.

The size is perfect for full back and leg rolling, and it feels sturdy and durable. Llevo usando el rodillo desde hace más de medio año por recomendación del fisio y ha sido un gran aliado para mis estiramientos y recuperación muscular después del ejercicio y para mis dolores de espalda. La espuma de alta densidad es firme sin resultar incómoda, lo que permite masajear zonas tensas como espalda, piernas o glúteos con buena presión y obtener alivio. También me gusta que el tamaño es ideal para usar tanto en casa como llevarlo al gimnasio. Además, se limpia fácilmente con un paño húmedo si se ensucia.
