The best Ispaghol (Psyllium Husk) brand out there!
Using it for years - such a great Ispaghol option for GI issues. 100 times better than the other brands out there that flavor their psyllium husk or only provide powder options. This actually taste so nice and clean without any additives and is easy to drink/eat without feeling too heavy!

Take with warm water before bed
This product is awesome. I use this product when my stomach isn’t good enough. This product is used for constipation, so use it if you feel you have constipation. Take 2 spoons with warm water and go to sleep, you will see the magic next morning 🤗
