Thera-Band Elasticated Band for Exercise – Blue – Extra Strong

I love these bands! I use them for physical therapy exercises and they work great. You can also anchor them in a closed door by tying a knot in the middle. I used my last band most days for a couple years before it finally broke on me. I totally recommend these, and it seems like most physical therapists do as well.

There are no unpleasant odors that others mentioned.

This is really extremely pricey for a stretchy band. I have to use it for my shoulders and neck. I get it, in the marketing world, you price the products for the value it brings the consumers. But really, this is overpriced. If you can find an alternative, go for it. I had another one from two years ago and it cannot be used, it gets stiff and then breaks.
