I took this Roadbox UPF 50+ sun hoodie on a Caribbean cruise, and it was fantastic. Lightweight, breathable, and best of all — I didn’t burn once. I wore it for excursions, walking around the ship, and even at the beach. It kept me cool and protected under intense tropical sun. I know they say not to use it in the water because that can reduce the UPF effectiveness, but I did a little wading and it held up just fine. The material dried quickly and didn’t cling like some rash guards do. Things I loved: * The hood gave me extra protection without needing a hat. * Thumbholes helped keep the sleeves in place when moving around. * Front pocket was great for stashing sunglasses or a card. * Didn't stretch out or get saggy even after multiple wears. This is now a must-pack item for any sunny trip. I ordered the Light Floral Grey in XL, and it fit comfortably without being baggy or too snug.

I'm 5'11", 175lb, an have an athletic build. A medium is cut like a fitted shirt, and a large is nice and comfy. These are such a hidden gem. I wear a lot of overpriced lulu stuff, but I don't like wearing a $90 hoodie shirt while handling fish. I found these Roadbox shirts and ordered a few to wear fishing and holy crap.. These things perform just as good as the expensive stuff; they look good, and I don't have to live in fear of ruining them because they are priced so well. The material is stretchy, and feels thick and decent quality. I can't prove that the SPF works, but I stay cooler while wearing this in the sun, and anything covered by the shirt has never burned or tanned even after spending 8+ hours out in open water.

If your looking at the Roadbox fishing shirts you definitely looking in the right direction. Their shirts are of very good quality and the price is right . Shipping was a fast . Im 76 and a very active outdoor guy wish I had these when I lived in Florida. I ordered a medium , Im 5'9 and 170 athletic build.

I bought 3 initially to try them out; for the price they seemed like a great deal. A variety of colors is nice, too. The material is light; you could wear one of these under a T-shirt in cooler weather and would still be comfortable. The sizing is right; I wear size large and it fit me well. I now wear these to the shooting range and haven't been sunburned through them yet. I didn't realize they have two different shirts in the same listing (with and without thumb-loops sewn into the cuff); I accidentally bought one of the older thumb-loop shirts so that one is my dedicated range shirt while the others I wear around the house or when I'm running errands. I now have 5 of these and bought one for my brother recently for his birthday to try out. One of them appeared to be repackaged; I'm guessing it was a return that was rebagged. Great shirts but I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because they mixed different shirts into the same listing which is a no-no to me and apparently other people who mentioned this in other reviews.

I really like these shirts. They are cool, comfortable, and shield my skin from the sun. I don't have to apply chemical sunscreen to my arms, face and ears when wearing. With the hood over a baseball cap the sun hardly hits your face. They work really well in so far we'll see how they do in summer, but in 60 degree weather the feel cooler already because the sun isn't pouring all that energy into my bare skin. At 64, I've spent many years working in the sun and the damage to my skin is apparent. I these help prevent future damage and so far I've very happy with them and I now several of these shirts. Sizing is true.

I'm 5'8", 155 lbs female - not curvy. This men's Medium hoodie fits well, loss but not baggy. And arms are plenty long (often womens are too short, I need at least 20" pit to cuff). Grey-Black color is very dark grey, almost black. It's very lightweight, but not see through. I wear these as extra layer under flannel shirts on extremely cold days (or summer for sun protection). Love the hoodie for extra insulation under winter hat.

My husband has gotten into biking recently, and these shirts are a great base layer to protect against the sun and light wind. He finds them to be super comfortable and loves that they’re moisture-wicking.
