Professional Pure Total Repair Brazilian Keratin Hair Treatment, 250 ml, CC_PURE250

My hair is grey/white and developed a bit of a wiry texture. I was worried that a keratin treatment might give my hair a yellowish tint but I’ve been using this for a year and it hasn’t affected my natural colour. I use the milder solution in the blue bottle. It has a lot of benefits: leaves your hair very soft, shiny and manageable like having a deep conditioning treatment. No frizz, even in humid weather. My hair takes about half as long to dry since using this. I’m not very good at blow drying but it comes out looking like a professional blow dry with no need to straighten afterwards. Results last about 2 or 3 months. I haven’t noticed any damage to my hair and since I never need to straighten it between treatments, it’s probably actually in better condition than it would be otherwise. Downsides: you need to have decent straighteners, gloves, bowl, tint brush and clips ready. “Use in a well ventilated area” is a bit of an understatement. If you can possibly do this outside do so, if not make sure you’re next to an open window because the fumes are horrendous. You need to wash and dry your hair and then apply the treatment, let it sit for 30mins and then do a really thorough blow dry and straightening without rinsing it out. All in it takes about 2 hours. If you use a lot of product the fumes are going to be difficult to deal with when you dry it. It helps if you use a fine tooth comb to comb out excess before you start drying it but even then the fumes are noticeable. It leaves a bit of a waxy texture after drying. For me the worst part of the process is waiting 72 hours to wash it out. During this time you can’t get your hair wet at all or tie it up which makes showering a challenge. I don’t like how my hair looks at this stage because it can seem greasy and looks too straight. However, it’s totally worth it for the amazing results.

I cannot put into words how brilliant this product is! I would never leave my hair as it is just from blow drying as its very frizzy, curly and kinks in all the wrong places. This product has removed all frizz and most kinks. Is it completely straight? No. Would i be able to leave it as it is? Absolutely! Its so shiny and looks healthy. The application was very easy. The fumes from the product is strong but only when drying, and i also have a fringe so I just closed my eyes and mouth and it was fine, not bad enough to complain and my cat slept in the room for the whole process so it cant be that bad! I 100% recommend this product. It has cut out so much time. What a life changer.

I followed instructions and results was great. It is great for blond frizy hair .I didn't want mine to turn yellow so this product didn't change the colour(only the lightening is to warm when after results photo was taken.) Only brushed after shower and rough dry the hair .It looks healthy and straight .Will update long lasting .

it is a good product. used many hair keratin but this one makes your hair smooth and soft not dry i loved it.

I've had salon keratin treatments before, so I know what to expect. Salon treatment (using keratin-safe shampoo afterwards) lasts three months on my thick, coarse, wavy hair. I applied the Cocochoco according to instructions, after having done the clarifying shampoo (also Cocochoco brand). When applied, acted as expected - hair very straight and smooth for the three days before I was able to wash it. After the first wash, I was really impressed with the Cocochoco - my hair air-dried smooth, straight and soft, just like a salon treatment. Yay! Except. I've been using keratin-safe shampoo and conditioner on my hair, and after four washes, it's completely back to normal, as if I'd done nothing to it. Didn't last at all.

This keratin treatment works really well. I have wavy, fine hair with balayage, and always buy the 1L bottle because it’s super convenient and lasts a long time. I do the treatment about every 4 months. I’m not sure if it’s completely free of formaldehyde, the brand says it is, but when I apply it, I have to open all the windows because my eyes start watering from the fumes. So just something to be aware of! That said, the results are great. It doesn’t fully straighten my hair, so I still need to use a hairdryer after every wash, but it completely removes frizz and makes my hair much easier and quicker to dry. With just a brush and a hairdryer, I can skip the straightener, a huge time saver! The only downside is that while it’s advertised as a “repair” treatment, I’m not too sure about that. I’ve even tried cutting my hair before the treatment, but still ended up with split ends afterward. So now I know I need to trim my hair after doing the keratin to get that fully healthy look, the product makes the hair look shiny and smooth, but the ends can feel a bit dry and damaged. Overall, it’s a great product for smoothing and frizz control, just don’t rely on it for actual repair. Still very much worth it for the results!

Great product

I followed the instructions by making sure that my hair was thoroughly cleaned before applying this keratin treatment. I had previously had a nanoplasty treatment and needed to do a touch up on my roots. I have afro 4c hair. I found that this did help to make my hair smoother and a little more straight but it's only lasted for a month before my hair has started to revert back to how it was previously. It has helped with the curl definition of my hair, it's a little looser, but it has not stated this way for as long as I had hoped it would. It's not the new growth. It is the hair that I had applied this keratin treatment on that has reverted back to more or less how it was after a month. I haven't used shampoo or conditioner that contains sulphate as you can't use this with keratin or nanoplasty treated hair.

I like it, good results It’s long for aprox 8 Keratines, I did 4 till now and I still have the half It doesn’t straighten your hair but really take the frizz, nutritive etc
