This computer is fast right out of the box. Set up is easy - so simple. It walks you through each step. Setup took less than an hour from opening the box to full use. I’m using this computer to run my golf simulator and it easily runs the program in hi resolution. Great computer at a great price!

It lags and crashes a lot i end up on the blue screen of death like they call it save your money this is a waste of money go best buy and get one for 1k u run 400 FPS on any game unlike this crap can barley run anything not good for gaming at all you will rage just because of it

I bought this well over a year ago at this point thinking that it would be a good lil pc for gaming or streaming. There was no sound bar included as listed, bluescreened MULTIPLE times and have to run most things on low or medium because the CPU can't keep up. Granted, I don't want it on ultra, but I was expecting more and was sorely disappointed. It's fine for casual gaming with friends, just don't buy if you want to stream and game at the same time. Save your money and buy one with a better CPU and an actual name brand/ well known motherboard.

We bought two of these at the same time for our kids. The PCs themselves are fine. No complaints. I wasn't expecting it to come with keyboard, mouse and soundboard, so that was a plus. The soundbar that comes with it is trash. We've been fighting with connection issues for a little over a month. The pairing keeps dropping on both of them. I finally just threw them out. I couldn't get them to operate with aux either. Charging was questionable at best, too. There were a couple instances when I plugged them in, the light comes on, I return half a day later and found that they haven't charged at all.

My purchase was beyond what I was even looking for..I was just expecting the PC but I failed to read that it also came with a keyboard, mousepad, speakers! lol so it was a lovely unexpected surprise. 10/10 it looks beautiful n runs very well 👍🏼🥰

Bought it feb 14th 2024 here we are at march 20th 2025 and i'm buying a new motherboard for it.Had to buy a new graphics card.Had to buy a new power supply this thing is worthless wast of money

My son loves it no complaints so far except we had to get a antenna for the Wi-Fi.
