Key Fob Keyless Entry Smart Remote Shell Case & Pad fits Toyota

I was heading to work and left my fob on top of the car. After driving 1/4 mile, the fob fell off the car and was subsequently run over. I walked back and located the obliterated fob, and was able to save the internal parts which fit in the new shell perfectly.

This works great and is easy to install. Simply remove circuit board and key from original key fob and put into the new case. Works like a charm. Needed to replace old case because the mechanism to hold the key in place was broke on original. Wish I had found this several years ago. Thanks so much for a great product!

I have a black key phob that is 10 y.o. I wanted something new. The chip inside my old remote fit perfectly. And so did the key. It does not have the toyota logo but it looks brand new. Easy to replace the chip from my old remote to the new one. This product is only the shell not the a key, however you do get a blank key that can be cut by locksmith. This can be good as a back up. I have not done it yet, but will soon.

These are a good, cost-effective replacement to the OEM replacements that you get at TOYOTA (and they don't put you in the poorhouse). They fit well. My only complaint is that they scratch very easily. This is my third case from this same maker but THIS TIME, I outfitted it with a cover. The cost of the case and the protective cover is still about 10% of what I would pay to get the original casing from Toyota. Be smart. Be wise. It is cost effective and more effective in the long run should you couple it with a protective cover.

Everything feels good, the buttons are very tactile. THIS DOES NOT COME WITH THE TOYOTA LOGO you have to take the logo off your old key fob and glue it on to this. It also came with a key ring.

It was so easy to take apart. I thought I would have to go to the shop and pay $15 bucks to get it’s transferred but I just hoped I didn’t break it and it opened. The chip inside easily transferred over. I thought the dot on the top left was just painted but it actually lights up every click of a button. (Was worth it. The other cover was from previous owner and the sides were black not grey like the one bought. Which I even like better.

Much cheaper than OEM. The silver scratches off of it, and the backup key(Shown in picture) falls out unless you tape it. It's Chinese knockoff junk.

That new shell case replaced the older cracked case and it works well. It saved over $500 to have a new replacement at Toyota Dealership. Thank you to Amazon!
