Functionally, I use this tape to control my mouth-breathing during sleep. Before using this tape, I used to wake up with a dry mouth nearly every night. I had to sleep with a bottle of water beside my bed because of how hard and dry my tongue would become. Ever since using this tape, I've been getting many more full nights of sleep. Not only this, but my sleep has been deeper, and my nasal congestion has greatly improved. I now try to carry this tape with me if I'm staying away from home; it's just that good. Size and Appearance: There is an abundance of tape. It's easy to tear off what you need. It's not too thick or too thin. It's breathable, considerably transparent, and of high quality.

Great stuff this. If you usually find that skin adhesive tapes give you a bad skin reaction, give this a try. It even adheres to my eczematous outbreaks without issue. I use it to help stick the pads from the TENS machine I have to use on my thigh, increasing their nature adhesion 10 fold. Very easy to use as it tears with great ease. Absolutely, definitely recommended.

Very effective tape. Great adhesion. When used for mouth taping can be partially removed a few times (eg to get a sip of water) and then fully reapplied with sufficient adhesion. However adhesion is so strong that if you have to remove mouth tape in a hurry (eg to sneeze) it can occasionally be a problem. As surgical tape it's very effective to hold bandages in place but it's not always recommended for use directly on the skin near a wound especially on fragile skin because of the strong adhesion.

I purchased this as an alternative to expensive mouth tape. I have found it to be really good. I've found that a small peice is mroe than enough and I actually like to apply it to my mouth once, peel it off to reduce the sticky slightly and reapply, that way it doesn't feel like I am in a hostage situation. It really is sticky but that's the point. Strength wise I have also found it to be strong however, it is easy to tear off the desired amount. I'm sure it would be absolutely fantastic medical tape for actual medical reasons and it's intended purpose! But for mouth tape and what I wanted it's ideal. The rolls are also really thick so you get a good amount for your money and the width/thickness is the perfect size. Really easy to use, easy to apply and much much cheaper than expensive mouth tape

Good value and good quality tape, it’s the right size and it does the job but the adhesive is way too strong to use as a mouth tape on a woman! It’s fine for my husband and it’s easy to use but it is painful for me to remove it in the morning.
