Coz I have been using this gummies since 3 months in this 3 months my skin improved much better.but when u take. The gummie the result will be visible in the next 2 days .only 1 day the face glows . So if u use it regularly u can see the best results. And also I will suggest this because salon , parlour takes much tym for the glow and they will use many chemicals into our skin some times it damages/effected much so it will be helpful for those who don't like to spent more time in the salons/parlour and it will be the value of money also helps in the wedding season
