It's just teeth guider whoever talking good about this product must be paid ,, it doesn't nothing

I bought this product to avert my teeth grinding habit/bruxism. I intended to buy stage 3 but since there isn't enough description, I ended up buying stage 1 which is quite soft. It covers only 70% of the teeth leaving the teeth at the back of the mouth open. However since the front tooth are spaced out you can put the back teeth together or bite them.

This is my first time I using it. past few months i feel my teeth is coming front and while smiling I feel the difference of something uncomfortable. by seeing the reviews I bought this, packing was so good and before using I put in hot water then I used. first day, it was very uncomfortable and pain in night and while removing so discomfort. then I cut the portion which is giving pain inside teeth. now it's very useful , easy to use regularly at night, feel my teeth is aligning by use of just 5 days. really it's worth at this price without spending 1k above of money.

I didn't know how to use it. As it is for relaxing but it make uncomfortable while wearing it.
