CREA 3 Way Kitchen Tap with Pull Out Sprayer, 360° Swivel, Matte Black

This is a good looking and functional tap that fits well in our kitchen. After a few months, the tap started to drip but I contacted supplier via Amazon and they told me the replacement part to order, which I did, and they then reimbursed me the full amount including postage and packing. The replacement part was easy to install and tap is working well again.

It start dripping water after about a year use, very disappointed

Love this all in one tap. The matt color black is cool. The water pressure is strong. Used for a month already, everything works properly as of this moment.

Looks posh excellent product affordable price

Only had it connected for a couple of months when it started dripping. contacted the company they asked for a video. Sent the video, they said I'll have to buy a replacement bit from Germany because it's not on sale in the UK. Thought about it, then thought, why on earth should I jump though hoops to fix a problem they should fix? So, I contacted Amazon and they refunded me in full. Of course, I still have to find and pay for a plumber to change the tap, so I am out of pocket, but lesson learnt - spend more, get decent quality

I attempted a common DIY fix by soaking it in vinegar, hoping to dissolve any potential limescale buildup. To my dismay, this did not resolve the issue. Moreover, the lack of significant limescale made it apparent that this was a design or quality flaw, rather than a maintenance oversight. Given the relatively short period of use, this failure was unexpected and disappointing. To add to the frustration, I discovered that the Amazon return window had closed just 10 days prior to this issue, leaving me with no recourse for a return or exchange through the platform. In conclusion, while this tap scores high on aesthetics and initial functionality, its durability and reliability are questionable. I am now in the position of having to purchase a replacement, and regrettably, I cannot recommend this product. It's a stark reminder that sometimes, even the most promising products can have hidden flaws. I advise potential buyers to consider other brands with proven track records for longevity and customer support.

I saw all the reviews about it dripping but i decided to give it a shot. It was very easy to install and perfect for everyday use. Unfortunately i was wrong.. after a few months it started dripping from the drinking water valve. Conveniently they included a spare tap head... Overall an amazing tap they just need to fix the leaking.
