Great camera and easy to set up. Also customer service is easily accessed if u need them. Love the clear vision and the option for night vision as well. Also it gives an option to speak into the camera which I love. I use it for indoors because I have a nanny for my son. Price is also a steal. I bought 2 cameras for the price of one

Wow if u are looking for a overall great camera this is the one! And the price is so affordable. First off this camera does everything and for free! The only thing u can pay for which is optional is iCloud storage 9 dollars a month or u can buy a tiny sd card so u can save and playback. But the thing is u have a option to record what’s on the screen live and screenshot and it saves to your album. You can hear what’s going on and u can use microphone to speak through camera also u can sound a siren to scare people away. The picture quality is perfectly clear also great night vision mode. I’ve never seen a surveillance camera with all these functions for free and for the price .. usually u have to subscribe and pay monthly. If u get multiple cameras u can put them all on one screen. Get you this camera thank me later .

Cannot say enough good things about this! No subscription required, can immediately start using, and we haven’t really even needed the cloud storage or the external drive (but you certainly can use it easily). Using it to keep an eye on our cat while we’re out of town. You can watch live stream and record video or take a photo from live stream, sound alarm, or talk from camera with a microphone- all without subscription. You get notified of either sound or movement, and it shows you a still shot without the storage. Honestly it’s a great value, great camera, and I’m super happy with the app and installation! So worth it!!

DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA FOR ANY CAMERA THAT WORKS WITH THE LITTLE ELF APP. Had the camera for 7 days working then it stopped, said it was offline, was told to reset my router, then my my cable and Wi-Fi went completely out and after spending three and a half hours on the phone with Xfinity and them sending continuous signals with no response I had to go to the cable company and get a brand new router which then did not work, after having no Wi-Fi or cable for the entire 24-hour period they had to replace that router and even with the new router this camera will not connect. It is not the camera it is the app. The app is horrible and it tells you to forget the device and start the whole thing over but when you do you will never ever get that device added again. I have been trying to add this back to the app and get it back online for 2 days. Brand new router, my cable works, everything works now except this camera. The camera does everything it says it's supposed to do except come online. It's the app. Even their little customer service elf couldn't help me out. He told me to do all the stuff I already did and none of it worked. So we had no cable or Wi-Fi for 24 hours because of one tiny camera that went offline and they're genius advice to reset my router for it when it was clearly the app that was the problem. Do not get anything that works with little elf app. I have spent the last 2 days going through hell trying to get my cable, and phone and Wi-Fi back on, and this camera is the only thing that won't connect. And yes it's on 2.4 not 5.0.

Pros: - easy to use app - it’s really easy to take clips of the stream - image quality is decent - darkness adjustment is pretty good, and the night vision is great - really easily adjustable in terms of positioning! Really versatile - alerts me really frequently to movement, which I’ve noticed other cameras I’ve been trying have more difficulty doing (I guess because the mice are so small, the other cameras don’t pick up their movements? 🤔) - don’t need to have a subscription! Can use an SD card instead Cons - when you open the camera apps it takes a few seconds to load in- not that big of an issue, just a little nitpick - I wish it would take a video clip of the movement when I am away from home, but I think it might after I sort out my SD cards :) Which brings me on to my next point- I’ve been having an issue with my SD card where it says I have video recording downloaded, but it won’t show it to me at all. A little confusing but not the sellers fault, probably mine for getting cheap Amazon SD Cards. Will probably purchase one from an actual well known brand and see if things go well there. I contacted support and a really nice lady named Iris Jiang helped me- she was very courteous, friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable :) Once we got basic troubleshooting out of the way, she let me know that they would be sending me a replacement camera in case it was a camera issue, so I didn’t need to run out and get a new SD card immediately. TL;DR: Super happy with this camera! May buy more of this one if the next brand of camera I try isn’t as good. This one has been my favorite out of all the ones I’ve tried so far (about 5 now), and their support has been so helpful!

The camera is very clear during the day. Easy set up and works good during the day notifies you when there's activity. but at night there's no vision. I need to buy one that goes outside and has lights that go on when there's activity.
