Okay so I ordered this oil while trying a very low carb diet as a way of adding healthy fats to my foods. I had little experience of using healthier fats, either in cooking or with cold foods. This oil has been the best tasting and healthiest and, most importantly, most versatile companion all along the way! It contains monounsaturated fats that are stable at high temperatures!! Should I need to sing it's praises any more?? Seriously tasty bread, made from rice flour, this stuff and xanthum gum - best gluten free loaf I've ever had. Now, I have to avoid fibre in my diet because of a long history of significant digestive difficulties - whole nuts and fibrous goodies such as flaxseed are scarily dangerous for me to consume. With this I can eat a loaf of completely white bread and feel good knowing that I'm consuming healthy essential oils without risking my capacity to function. You can use it for bread, cakes, cookies, biscuits, brownies- definitely all things sweet and baked! Pastry I think would be hard given the unsaturated nature of the fats, but potentially possible with the help of a freezer maybe? In any case, anything that you can mix the oil into, you can cook it into! My personal favourites on the baked front are delicious nutty protein flapjacks, decadent double chocolate brownies with delightfully gooey centres and that famous gluten free bread that just. Tastes. Like. Bread. Anyone gluten free will know what a praise that is. You can also use it for bulletproof coffee! Or in yoghurt! With cereal, on cold lunches, in drinks, hell, put it in anything! This stuff just lacks any bitter aftertaste or grim mouthfeels that some healthy oils can leave lingering after the initial tasty and healthy introduction to the mouth. In conclusion, if youre not sure if this is too expensive to buy on a whim, treat yourself to one bottle. First it'll be a tasty addition to one or two things and then you'll find yourself reaching for it a few times a week- whenever you're craving something naughty and need a delicious healthy alternative to distract yourself. An oil that just keeps getting better, feel free to ask for recipe advice! I was surprised at how small the bottle was when it arrived, it is so small it can easily fit inside a purse/ handbag. Having said that , because I am used to buying it from our local wholefoods store in big bottles, cold pressed, this is good avocado oil, although not better than that I purchase from the wholefood store. I checked and my previous bottle is a 1 litre bottle, and this one is 250ml, which I should have noticed if the price was not the same as the 1 litre I buy elsewhere. So, I feel this is very much overpriced, but good enough to use on skin and arrived in one piece and quickly. So have taken 1 star off, even though the seller clearly states the size, because I feel the price is far too high for this little bottle. You may be happy to pay this for the convenience of having it shipped. In my opinion it is good enough for use on skin, but I believe there are better avocado oils out there so mentioned it here just in case you have never bought avocado oil before, or maybe you really only want / need a very small amount. To give context, I make a summer body oil for my Sister,y nièce, and myself using avocado oil . The recipe is simply: 20ml calendula oil ( in olive oil) 200ml avocado oil 50ml jojoba oil. 50ml fractionated coconut oil ( the one that is liquid at room temp). 5ml vétiver essential oil. 5ml benzoin essential oil. ( Vétiver and benzoin for soft skin) 2ml rosemary oil. 2ml sandalwood oil. 2ml grapefruit essential oil.( These three are for scent and to avoid midges) 2g mica powder in summer gold ( for shimmer) Per person. So you can see that avocado oil is the main ingredient and the amount received is just enough for one person per summer and I need to make three times as much.

Arrived on time and packaged well. I love the flavour of this oil it has a subtle hint of advocardo. Great for cooking with and using in salads. Packed full of goodness. I use an Airfryer a lot and it's perfect for spraying on foods that need a little oil, as it can take the heat when it is cooking....no smoking at high temperatures. I picked this one as it ticked all the boxes for me. It was good quality, cold-pressed, in a darkened bottle to protect it from light, the oil is light, fresh, tastes great. Very good value for money, especially compared with some others. I bought it for medicinal reasons. I am on my second bottle and will be buying regularly. I just go into Amazon Purchases and click 'Buy Again', job done.

Yum yum I’m on keto and this is so yummy nutty tast delicious

On arrival, the oil was one solid mass. After warming to room temperature, it became a fluid with the consistency of tomato ketchup. It still needs to be smacked from the bottle, like ketchup, one blob at a time. It does not drizzle.
