I got it a year now, so far so good, This is the best outdoor camera I ever got, I can control the camera for different angle, night vision is very good, for the price is a real bargain. Thanks to the Eziviz.

Over the past year I have installed full systems on a number of clients homes. Unfortunately in the last few months things have taken change for the worse. Firstly, the door contact sensors are no longer available on Amazon, along with quite a few other products, with no estimated return to sale time. After contacting Ezviz by email I was informed that there sensors will no longer be available, however there does seem to be a new model which is more than double the price. So it would appear that although there was absolutely no need to upgrade from the original model and there are no extra features of the new sensor this is simply a way of charging more for the same product. Another issue that has recently occurred for all my clients is part of the system no longer arms/Disarms when they activate the system. All cctv cameras are arming, all sensors, sirens are not. Meaning they need to arm each device individually which is very inconvenient, especially as you need to disarm the same way when returning home. I have contacted Ezviz regarding this issue by phone (which they were very responsive with) and was initially told they would look into it but had no timeline of a repair. That was one week ago, following further phone calls some clients now have a partial fix, but still need to arm certain devices independently. Today I had one full system failure (offline) although every other WiFi device in the house was live (good internet connection) leaving the client to enter their home setting of the alarm and disturbing the entire street. They then had to climb out of their window, retrieve the siren to be able to reset the unit. Not ideal at all. In summary, if you’re looking for home security I would look at other brands first, in particular try to find out what their product availability will be so you know you can expand your system as time goes on.

Como puedo cambiar la panel solar..Intento i busco manera hacerlo,pero no hay manera de contactar con vendedor..Es ridiculo comprar de una tienda que no presta minimo servicio..Una vez pagar el pedido,ya no existes para ellos..I tengo mas productos comprado de ellos ,i gracias a Dios que funcionan,pero el ultimo un desastre una camara de vigilancia EB8 Pro 4G+Panel Solar 8W ,i panel no carga nada.Pongo un cargaor de moviles Anker Power Bank Carga Rapida 737, i no se carga nada,es peor pierde la energia,como que no el panel solar carga cargador a atraves..cargador carga panel solar..Es rediculo..Comprar una camara con opcion que te funciona sin red electrica i te quiedas estafado..

It's a great camera, but even if you turn everything off, it lasts for three weeks without recharging. The main thing is that you need at least six hours of sunlight to recharge it. It can also be used with an additional power adapter or a wall charger. I took off a star specifically for the deceptive description. Everything else works perfectly, which is a rarity among security cameras.

Les caméras de surveillance évoluent sans arrêt ! Je n'en avais jamais vu une comme celle-là jusqu'ici, elle est extrêmement complète, et même plus complète que ce que présente la notice PDF actuelle (qui sera certainement vite mise à jour) car cette version est aussi bien wifi et 4G(LTE). Elle est fournie sans carte SIM, l'emplacement est près de celui dédié à la carte SD. Et elle peut basculer sur le réseau le plus puissant si on choisit cette option. Et donc comme elle est à alimentation solaire et fournie avec un panneau solaire digne de ce nom (grand format et câble de 3 mètres), elle peut être utilisée partout où l'on a son réseau wifi, mais également partout où on capte la 4G. La capacité de la batterie est de 10 400 mAh, ce qui est très confortable. À savoir qu'il est toujours possible de la recharger en USB-C. À noter qu'elle a un mode AOV amélioré qui permet de capter des images en permanence à intervalle défini ou time lapse, ce qui permet un enregistrement permanent en économisant la batterie. Cette caméra est assez impressionnante aussi en ce qui concerne les prises d'images, puisqu'elle a deux objectifs indépendants et orientables séparément. La boule noire: 324° horizontalement/90° verticalement, mais aussi la boule aplatie blanche 220°/10°. (Par contre je n'ai pas trouvé le moyen d'inverser l'image, il faut donc l'installer dans le bon sens). Les images sont en 2K, on a un mode nocturne en couleur, et on trouve tous les réglages habituels de ce genre de caméra. Reconnaissance des humains, animaux, voitures, audio bidirectionnelle… On a aussi, bien sûr, la possibilité de s'abonner aux services cloud. La capacité admissible des cartes = 512 Go
