If you are one of those drone pilots that have never used one of these DJI screen controllers, but have always wanted one, this is a good one. It has wifi and Bluetooth built in. Updates itself when you turn it on thru wifi. Updates aircraft as well. Won't talk to my older drones, but beautiful use with Neo & Neo2 drones. Not messing with cellphone, pretty instant connection with aircraft alone are worth it. I also see settings only here for some things. Records its screen while you fly so you have that video in addition to clean video from drone. Again, not putting huge files on your cellphone. Screen can also replay all recordings on its hard drive or a connected drone. Much more enjoyable to use than phone setups. All DJI stuff is top shelf in quality & tech.

I’m fairly new to drone flying, but this remote has been a total game changer. Having a standalone device that does everything is a huge upgrade. I can get the drone airborne in a fraction of the time compared to using controllers that rely on my phone. Plus, I’m no longer dealing with mid-flight interruptions from notifications. If you’re familiar with other DJI remotes, the transition to this one is seamless. There’s a ton of customization available, but once you set it up to your preferences, you’ll mostly only need to adjust operational safety and camera settings both of which are easy to navigate through the screen. Battery life is solid, and the screen is noticeably brighter than my phone’s, though I would still recommend using a sunshade in direct sunlight. Overall, I think the price is fair considering the quality and functionality. I’m happy with the purchase and hopeful that this remote will stay compatible with newer drones for a good while.

The product was good, it was in my opinion “brand new” even though it said “like new” so that’s a plus . It came in the original packaging for the “fly more combo rc 2 edition ” box so it was just a white unmarked cardboard box so that is a plus , it came with all the accessories except the microfiber cloth. I tested it and everything and all works. I could not be happier, the price was great . It connected easily to the drone , will buy from them again . Because I’m pretty sure I got a brand new item marked as like new so I’m happy

First the order was delayed but never got a notification until the day it was to be delivered. Then when I receive 6 days after original ETA its DEFECTIVE with a issue that DJI is aware of. Rc will not ACTIVATE. This issue can't be resolved and needs to be sent back. Tried to replace it, but only option is to refund. Then I have to REPURCHASE on Amazon for a higher price point and pray it arrives as quoted and functional.

This thing is awesome. Paired up with zero hassles to a DJI Neo and allowed me to pretty much immediately fly around and take good quality video of the surroundings. While this review is about the controller I wanted to mention the Neo does not have GPS so I was not expecting return to home to work on the controller. I was surprised to find it does work although I think it mentioned some limitation of some sort. There's a lot to take in while operating this thing. Im in my mid 40s and reaching a point where I MIGHT just be falling behind on cutting edge technologies. Handed the controller off to a 13 year old with zero flight experience and they flew around, flew back to us and landed at our feet like a pro. Honestly that moment alone was worth the price of admission. They were nervous to take the controls at first but then it was all smiles. It was super easy to set up with a DJI drone. Im seeing these tiny whoop drones that are micro sized and will probably pick one up to try to make work with this controller as well. I see a lot of folks posting videos flying those indoors and that seems like fun too.. anyways great controller I'd buy it again if needed and will be buying one as a gift in the near future. Biggest problem? Showing your friends and them wanting one too!

Geweldige vervanging van de RC N3. Ik was het beu van altijd mijn smartphone the moeten gebruiken, app openen en dan verbinding maken... Nu is het simpelweg de RC 2 opstarten en deze maakt automatisch verbinding met mijn DJI neo... Wel een kostelijke aankoop, maar de bouwkwaliteit is schitterend, en het gebruiksgemak geweldig...

I used this to bind with the dji neo. Took abit of time as i had to update the software via laptop. The display shown is beautiful resolution of the video. Feels very nice on the hands. Loved this RC. Its came arrived fairly quickly from amazon japan.

Makes flying a DJI Drone so much easier.
