This cable did exactly what I needed it to do for my portable solar setup. The connectors fit snugly, the cable feels thick and well insulated, and there’s no noticeable heat even under load. Good quality cable! Unfortunately I don’t have enough watts going through my solar setup to test if the center pin is wired correctly to let my Ecoflow power station run at max input, but it works great on my 100w panel.

I had no idea that my River 3 Plus needed a center pin grounded. I was using a yellow XT60 connector and it defaulted the unit to 8amps car charging periodically so I would get like 70 watts. Getting this XT60i with center pin grounded signaled my River 3 Plus that it was getting its power from solar and could receive all 200 watts. Awesome sauce. Incidentally if you want to to test this theory out because you have a yellow connector, go into the app and set it from automatic to solar. But honestly set it back to automatic as soon as you get this cable so you won't forget in the future and blow a car fuse.

I can confirm this is a true XT60i and allows the full 15 A which is more than the 10 A on the regular XT60 (non-i cable). Cable is excellent quality, I would recommend over other cables on Amazon which are not true XT60i despite being advertised as such. Screenshots show me measure A on a victron shunt and measure watts on an ecoflow. 200W at 12.8v is only possible because of the true 15 A delivery.

Bought this for my Ecoflow station. Works with my solar panel. I plan to use it with an alternator charger in the future so 10awg and proper wiring of the signal wire was a priority. Many thanks to the previous reviewer who stated that it works properly with Ecoflow power stations. I used a VOM to confirm that the signal contact is still connected to ground. This indicates to Ecoflow power stations that a “solar” source is connected for increased charging speed.
