L'elastiband è di buona fattura, ben cucito e rifinito e di resistenza medio/leggera. Chiaramente più si accorciano le distanze inserendo mani o piedi negli anelli, più diventa resistente. Si tenga tuttavia presente che questo tipo di bande elastiche nascono soprattutto per allenarsi nei movimenti di estensione dello stretching, per cui il loro scopo non è opporre troppa resistenza, ma aiutare i muscoli in estensione. Io uso questa elastiband anche per esercizi addominali o per braccia e gambe. È molto comoda e i piedi e le mani entrano perfettamente negli anelli. Altra nota positiva: sebbene numerati da 1 a 8 gli anelli sono effettivamente 9, dal momento che anche il centro dell'elastico (quello con la scritta) è stato lasciato aperto ad anello, e non cucito come succede ad altri elastici simili. Questo anello in più consente una maggiore estensione dell'elastico. Consigliato

Having been given some exercises to do by a physiotherapist with one of them needed a stretch strap, I went through the hundreds of listings and chose this one as having a good review history, plenty of satisfied customers, the price being good and next day delivery too. Looks good, not likely to come apart on the stitching, and a good length/stretch combination. Can't find anything to fault so 5* it is.
