I recently ordered Healthy Aging from Self Nutrition as I found it the perfect addition to my supplement stack to help boost collagen production and combat signs of aging. I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin and energy levels after taking this supplement for 1 week. It seems to also have immune boosting qualities with vitamin C and turmeric, which is extremely beneficial as we head into colder months. Update: I gave it 2 more stars because the company reached out to me and gave me a refund. Idk why I had an issue with this supplement. I normally never have problems with supplements. After the second or third day of taking this I started having a really annoying twitch in my inner thighs that lasted for well over 24 hrs and disturbed my sleep. The fourth day I had a migraine with a visual aura, and I only have those like once every 4 years. I quit taking it and 24 hrs later both were gone and didn't return.
