I've never seen a bottle / dispenser like this one before (& I've used many !) - unscrew the cap to reveal a small nozzle/pipette-style dispenser, and press the button at the other end. This means that you don't need to put your fingers in it (so it should stay fresh without bacteria etc) & you get a small amount. Having said that, you wont need a full button-press as a little goes a long way: 1/2 a press is more than enough for round both my eyes. The serum itself is fairly runny, is a pale golden-creamy colour, & has no obvious smell (a slight one). On applying, it feels nice and cooling and takes a few seconds to sink in. It left my eyes well moisturised without being eg oily or tacky, and is fine to apply make up after. As it dries, it has a slight tightening appearance so my fine lines did seem reduced, and my under eye area does seem smoother and brighter. I can also say this as the first few times I applied it, I used it on one eye only, partly so I could compare, & partly as someone else mentioned an adverse reaction (I didn't get any). I can't yet comment on the medium or longer term effects. A great product at a great price !

Wouldn’t say it worked great. Did nothing for eye bags, didn’t see results for fine lines either. Seemed ok at moisturising but that was all. Wouldn’t buy again

Beautiful packaging, very unusual. Extremely user friendly too. Top screws off effortlessly and product dispenses really easily too. You get the perfect pea sized amount from the spout.Lovely consistency and seems to be working as described too. Great ingredients. Very good value for money too as I can see this lasting ages.Just be sure to patch test and maybe ease your skin in by using once every other day at first. Pat lightly and gently around eyes, not too close to the eyes themselves and not on eyelids. Don’t forget to use sun protection if you’re out in peak UV hours too as retinol can make your skin more sensitive in general.Highly recommend, I would buy this again 🥰⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not as expected. This is a lipstick-style dispenser and it is quite unkind to the eye area to apply, it drags on the delicate under-eye skin. It is very like a chapstick for lips except it is for eyes. I found no benefit and it was not soothing or uplifting. I think also it’s not a good idea from an eye-hygiene perspective to have a stick because it will transfer bacteria from one eye to your other eye. I hadn’t thought of this before buying. Greasy and heavy sensation. Very disappointed.

It smells good, and comes in a super fancy bottle. You hold it upside down and press the top, and it dispenses way more cream than you need for your eyes. Fortunately it absorbs very quickly.My mother and I both tried it, as we like to see how creams fare on different skin types. I have sensitive skin and hers is less prone to tantrums. She thought the eye cream was refreshing and cool and said it felt like it instantly made the skin around her eyes feel a little more plump. Two thumbs up there!For me, it stung a little when I put it on, but I assumed it was just VERY refreshing and cool. I walked past a mirror ten minutes later and I had big red stingy patches, so it was less refreshing and cool, and more me having a reaction to the cream.Overall, I'm still giving this five stars, because it really is EXCELLENT for less-sensitive skin. It made a difference pretty much immediately, so as long as you do a careful test first, this could absolutely work wonders for you.

It's great to find quality ingredients and a beautifully packaged serum in a product that is also well priced. This is of a lovely creamy texture as well which means it doesn't immediately run off your fingers or down your cheeks. I have to admit I haven't seen any results that could be described as "instant" but it's lovely to use and very moisturising.
