How young people visit me for summer and realized the local library have a large collection of CDs. Problem was I didn't even know anyone who have a CD player! Looked on Amazon found this and worked great period had a battery included to go wireless which was a great feature.

Plays good. Only problem is the lid is not now closing as easy as it did when I first got it. I also bought a speaker to get a better sound

Rechargable, portable, small, convienent.

It doesn’t work consistently. I bought a new cd. Put in the player and it did great. Two days later I put the cd in and it just runs non stop then says there is no cd. It plays when it wants to and stops for no apparent reason. Would not buy this player.

Had some hopes for this as speaker technology has really gotten better but not so much here. It’s very impressive, all the things it can do and the ways that it can be used. I liked the fact that it has a thin profile and can be stand (included) or wall mounted. The remote control is great but it’s so small that by the second day I was hunting for it. The equalizer is rather interesting. I don’t quite understand it because some of the settings sounded the same, and to get country music to sound right it has to be on classic (okay) or jazz(?). The radio is a bit strange to tune, but not difficult. My issue with this is the sound quality. I’ve heard $10 speakers that sound amazing. This is not a $10 speaker and the sound quality is that of an old fashion portable radio from the 60s. No matter what it’s set on, radio or cd, rock or jazz, the sound is exceptionally tinny and sounded far off. The other problem I encountered is the battery life. You can plug it in to recharge it but, the battery life is so short, you might as well just leave it plugged in. Promise of a great product that didn’t perform . If you don’t mind a metallic sound, and a pretty much non portable unit, it’s a great find.
