Best tv in the segment. I bought this tv after a long research in YouTube and many articles. Pros : 1. Best tv in the price range , I bought it under 30k by using card offers 2. The performance of the tv is really well and it's really bright and watching 4k video was awesome 3. The sound of tv is super, no need of sub woofer until you need a theatre experience. 4. The viewing angle was good , as I tried from few side angles Cons : 1. After a month , I felt some lag in the tv perfomance, but after a watching a youtube video , I reduced the settings and animation and few other things , that really boosted the speed of the tv ------------ I raised a service request and they also responded soon , but we can't a expect a speed of what we have in our mobile phones, because it's of minimum ram right? I haven't used the storage option to store my photos , as it may slow down the performance. Overall it's a best tv in the price segment good to buy

TV looks quite decent and good. Sound was also good but not that Amazing. Picture clarity is good. If you need more bass effect definitely you need to plug in External speakers. UI is good neat clean. But only thing was the installation part the guy who came to install doesn't at all look like a professional. Atleast for a company like this they should give contract or appoint with some standard engineer or knowledgeable person. Rest everything is good. Its being just 1st day I am using it so yeah best of luck to me ✌🏻..

The tv is good for the price , good sound pictures quality. reviewing after 3 months of buying it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with TV service. I reported a red shade display issue while the TV was under warranty. A technician visited on 16 February 2026 and clearly confirmed that the display panel must be replaced. Even after this confirmation, no replacement has been done. There has been an unacceptable delay, no proper updates, and no responsibility from the service team. The TV is still not functioning properly, causing serious inconvenience. This is completely unacceptable for a brand like Xiaomi. Their after-sales service is extremely poor and unreliable. I strongly warn others to think twice before buying. Immediate action is required from the company to resolve this issue without further delay.

Sound: The 30W speakers are surprisingly good for regular TV viewing, supporting Dolby Audio and DTS. For everyday use, they’re loud and clear enough, but I found the bass to be lacking, so if you're a fan of deep, immersive sound, investing in a soundbar might be a good idea. User Interface: Google TV is easy to navigate, and I love how it suggests shows and movies across platforms based on my viewing habits. Plus, Xiaomi’s PatchWall feature is a great addition, giving access to over 200 live channels without extra subscriptions. Switching between apps is generally smooth, though I noticed slight lag after prolonged use, but it’s nothing that impacts the overall experience too much. Design: The sleek black design with thin bezels looks great in any room. I opted to mount mine on the wall, which I think suits the larger models better as they can take up a lot of space on a stand. It's not a premium build, but it’s sturdy and fits well with modern interiors. Smoothness In terms of smoothness, the Xiaomi X Series 4K UHD Google TV is decent but not flawless. The TV is powered by a quad-core A55 chipset, paired with 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. For regular tasks like switching between apps, browsing, and streaming, the performance is generally smooth. However, some users have reported occasional lag, especially after prolonged use or when loading heavier apps. It's not a dealbreaker, but the experience might not be as snappy as higher-end models. The Google TV interface is a big plus here, as it runs efficiently, with intuitive navigation and quick access to content across various platforms. Xiaomi’s PatchWall feature adds to the smoothness, with seamless integration of live TV and streaming apps into one unified experience. For basic daily use, the smoothness is acceptable, but if you’re after a flawless, zero-lag experience, you might notice occasional slowdowns with heavy multitasking. Final Thoughts: Overall, the Xiaomi X Series delivers excellent value for anyone seeking a 4K TV with smart features at an affordable price. Its picture quality shines with UHD content, and the Google TV integration is intuitive. TV is good but remote is faulty. Have to press hard on buttons to work. Also there is lag between button press and tv response. Operates fine though if operated thru mobile remote app. Also can't find the replacement remote of this model in Amazon. Other older model remote of xiaomi or mi remote is not compatible with this tv.

Product is really nice for 1 years. Afterwards you will face hang issue and some slowness. Also the audio quality get reduce automatically. Where as this product has very good speaker 30w but it work smoothly for 1 year only.
