Great Product but tight
Great quality. Really compresses the calves with full support with no pain. Only problem is putting them on is super tight and the material feels thick, but if you’re having a problem taking them off just slip the top end to the bottom and use your toes to pull them out.

Real Review
I'm an artist, 50, runner, very fit. I started to develop serious calf pain out of nowhere quite recently. It was a "pulling" type pain that ran the length of my calf and intensified five minutes into my runs. I've read that this type of pain is common among runners from time to time, and that luckily the pain is chronic and usually temporary. I dropped eight pounds of Covid fat, and began hydrating intensely before my runs. These small measures helped..... But the pain persisted. So I stopped running for few days and began a slow but steady regimen of using a foam roller over the calf, coupled with an anti-inflammatory, and some low intensity stretching. This helped a bit. On the recommendation of a friend, I bought two pairs of compression sleeves (the CopperJoint and the Rymora) and tested both for a couple of weeks. The results were immediate. The pain is MUTED, not gone, but certainly bearable. It's as though the sleeve "contains" the pain, muffles it, so that I can still run and maintain leg strength, slow and sure. The sleeves are not uncomfortable or even noticeable. It's an odd sensation rolling these up your legs, almost like male stockings. I have no idea what difference, if any, the "Copper" contributes. I've completed over ten runs since using the sleeves, but I lowered my runs to 33:33 intervals, (3 is a lucky number....), and before my runs I drink tons of lemon water, use the roller, and take a hot shower.... For running junkies, it's God awful when you can't run and you start to feel your body betray you. I've found that as you get older you have to hurl several small measures at the pain in order to heal, and this CopperJoint sleeve most certainly helped. Stay hydrated, lower your running time, use a foam roller, hydrate and roll these sleeves up those sexy legs and i'm sure your runs will improve....hope this helps.....

Large swelling cases BEWARE!!! major flaw with socks!!
it all depends on the severity of your leg swelling. I'm dealing with severe lymphedema . very large swelling. The socks has a major flaw as most socks do The top rim of the socks, its elastic banding ment to prevent the odd case of them slipping down the calf, is WAY TOO TIGHT !!! as such it carves itself into the flesh, choaking off any ability for circulation to pass back up the leg, like pinching off a baloon into two parts, resulting in increased pressure upon the leg and increasing swelling. as such for severe swelling cases i do not recommend using these socks

Worked like a charm
I have hip and low back issues that have been progressing over time. Due to difficulty walking, my lower legs have been overcompensating which causes all sorts of other problems. I decided to try these with the copper to see if any difference would result. I can say that it has improved my mobility tremendously so I can focus on my hips. When I put them on the first day, I thought they were too tight. My mind wanted to reject them, but I left them on for several hours. It was amazing how much relief they provided. The nerve and tendon strain, sharp pains and increased problems toward my ankles just stopped. During the first several hours, I actually felt a cooling sensation. These are just my first hand experiences. I took them off before bed, and my legs and body hurt much less throughout the night. I awoke with much less pain, and upon putting them on again, they were extremely comfortable. The cooling affect is amazing, and the increased mobility gives me renewed hope that I can recover from the extreme overall pain. Be warned that they do fit snuggly and alarm bells will go off. It's is just a natural human reaction to fear that your circulation will be affected, but for me it just works. I have recommended this product to my family.
