Recomended / Adventure travel bag.
I use this bag for my travels to carry 2 small cameras, a Sony NEX 7 with 10/12 lens & Olympus EM1/12/40 lens +75/1.8 lens. Lots of pockets for memory cards , leads & passport etc.I have used Maxpedition bags for years & they are far superior to any camera bag you can buy.highly recommended.

Usefull bag.
I've been using my one of these for about 18 months now and really like it. I added an Anemone pouch onto the strap for my phone and the MaxP organiser in the large flat pocket for pens and the other odds and sods that you tend to find right down at the bottom of a bag if you don't have somewhere suitable to put them and it's a set up that works very well for me.Durability wise after 18 months of use it's still spotless just as I've come to expect from other MaxP bags I've had for some years now. It's a good size being able to swallow a surprising amount of gear without being a total pain in the neck (Pun intended) to carry. On a warm day I like being able to carry a water bottle separately from the main section just in case the bottle leaks and the pocket on the top of the flap is a perfect size to hold a case for sunglasses and have them easily accessible. My one issue with the bag is water getting in the main compartment. Even when you have the weather flap cinched up the main flap over the bag leaves the two ends of the main compartment exposed and in bad weather (In all fairness it was absolutely torrential rain) I have ended up with an inch of water in the bottom of the bag. This is something that could be fixed with a very simple tweak of the design, either by extending the flap to cover the main compartment or adding something to pull the sides of the compartment in to protect them. I plan to simply fit an eyelet on either side with a bit of para cord and a spring toggle to pull the sides in, it's really that simple a fix I'm surprised that MaxP haven't done it already.

It’s Maxpedition it’s Amazing
Let’s get one think straight the one in the picture is not S type. I wish Amazon would get their heads around this and show the types correctly. That said I have had a Maxpedition S Type for years and it went out with me twice daily walking my dog Alfie. I have uprated to the Jumbo as I needed the extra space it gives and I am extremely happy all Biet it not being the S type which I’m so used to but couldn’t get for love nor money. I am used to it now and have just ordered a Janus to add on to strap which will then do in the severe winter weather when I sometimes forgo the Versipack. Nothing wrong with old one, gave it my dog walking friend, she loves it. My daughter saw hers and now she’s ordered one, me paying but she had a devil of a job to get the S Type. If I was to suggest an improvement it would be a broader waist belt, so important.
