Although I felt the item was a little pricey, I purchased this product at my daughter's suggestion because the chord on our deep freeze seemed to come out of the electrical socket frequently, thus ruining hundreds of dollars of freezer foods. I felt the price was worth avoiding the cost of replacing destroyed frozen food in the future It was easy to install and included the little L wrench and tiny allen screw. Time will tell whether my 5 star review will retain it's rating. However, if it holds up, it will definitely be worth the cost to save future melt downs.

This is a good invention and just what my daughter needed for a mini fridge with very valuable medications. The cord had been dislodged once by dogs or kids creating a major loss, so this was worth it under the circumstances. But when you look at what you get, it is easy to think it's over priced.

This might be ok for a small or average size cord, but I bought it for a thick extension cord, and it did not fit around it whatsoever. A bit flimsy and weak as well and this could be pulled apart easy enough if someone really wanted to take it. I would not recommend.

Product works somewhat well except it is too long to hold my plug securely in place. It’s definitely harder to pull out but it definitely can be done if you yank hard enough.

Fantastic utilitarian use. Plastic is durable but may snap due to cold freezing weather if too much pressure is maintained on this support hook. Not hard to install just remove the screw on the plug socket cover and use with the allen wrench and screw that's provided with the support hook. They only show the hook in use at one direction but you can use it upside down as well. I had to figure that out on my own. Great for making sure the plugged in item doesn't get pulled out by unruly animals which is my purpose for buying. Mainly to prevent a hazard since it will be on my porch. I'll post a picture of my upside down use for anyone who wants to see what it should look like if you have similar plug socket setup.

Used at our church so that one major plug would not be accidently unplugged. The screw that is sent with this has such a small square hole on it, that none of my massive tool collection fit it. The wrench they send along with it is useless as it does not stay in the screw head. I had to use one off my own screws. After that, easy to install and does the job. Would have given this a 5 star is not for the screw issue

Perfection! I use this in a location where a computer seems to get unplugged pretty regularly. This resolves that issue once and for all.
