its not the correct screen for a a2316 ipad
My screen is smoked with a metal pad attached to the back of it the one I got is a clear screen with 2 electrical connectors that aren't right.It looks more like a screen protector not a replacement screen as described.I did more checking and the screen replacement that looks like mine is a lot more money.I don't know what this fits
