I read the size guide and it made these thermals sound like were child sized. I am so glad I read the reviews and found one that mentioned what the persons chest size was and what size fitted him. I have a 40" chest and normally wear 30"-32" trousers. I ordered size large and they fit nice n snug, look and feel brilliant. No idea how they work their sizes out.
