I am delighted with this watch. Recommended by Chat GPT over Garmin and Apple Ultra 2 ( I tried it and return it because it is not only expensive, inaccurate and HUGE for sports) This watch is a pleasure to wear, lightweight, accurate, reliable, comfortable, the data is amazing. I use it 24/7, charges very fast and the battery life is insane. Very happy. Not easy to find a good sport watch for swimming, specially for open ocean swimming!

I started running and signed up for a marathon last year. Around the same time, my fitbit stopped working so I ended up buying this coros pace 3. I was admittedly a bit nervous as I've never even heard of them before. I mainly track my running and sleep and this does exactly what I need it to. No, it's not a fancy applewatch, but it gets the work done. The battery lasts forever. It charges from nearly dead to full faster than i can realize that I'm not wearing it. It's the perfect activity/sport watch with so many preset exercises/sports to make recording more accurate. I love mine, and hope to never have to replace it. If I do, it's going to be another Coros.

After doing way more research than I should have on the best watch for triathlon training, I coincidentally ran into an article that raved about the 2023 version of this watch even while mentioning its shortcomings. Then I found another article raving again about the enhancements made to their 2024 model and that it was a no brainer for those of us non-professionals that are also on a budget and want wearable tech with features we will use rather than a bunch we won’t. Only thing I would mention, you’ll see other reviews saying the same thing so I knew ahead of my purchase, is that the display is a bit on the darker side BUT it’s true that in full sun it’s ironically easier to read because of it. If you’re training AND in the market for wearable tech you will not be disappointed in this 2024 model; strongly consider bundling their branded heart monitor before checking out, it’s a game changer even if you can’t wear it for swim workouts. The data it gives is invaluable Update Nov 2024: The battery life on the watch and the HR monitor are just astonishing! The watch charge is well over a week on average and the HR monitor is the same with consistent use 6 days a week (workouts include running, cycling), watch only during swim workouts. For those using the run:walk (galloway) method to train, you can absolutely use the intervals function to set up your workouts.

I’ve owned Apple Watches since generation 1. Always been a tracker from the Nike fuelband to various other watches that did the same. I currently own a gen 4 I think Apple Watch and was looking to upgrade. At my age now I tend to not use the watch for all the apps and whatnot. Just time and heart/workout. So I had been looking into an actual running watch that was simple and to the point. The coros is the perfect mix. I get call notifications and other notifications if I set that up, it’s accurate, and it reads/writes to my other apps like Strava seamlessly. Light weight, the band isn’t too rugged either. I sometimes forget I have it on. This was a great investment. I’ve been swimming, sometimes shower with it on, no issues. Now I have given it 4 stars and you may wonder why? Two issues. One, it doesn’t or can’t read through tattoos. I have one spot on my arm and I’m forced to wear it on the inside of my dominant hand. As a man, I usually wear watches on my left non dominant hand. This is the only way I could get it to read ANYTHING. Not that big of an issue, I just have a lot of tattoos. Second problem, the charger is less than efficient. I sometimes have to wiggle and turn the charger around, which it goes in only one or two ways. Now it’s just 1. After 3 months I expect no faults or defects of any kind. If I can go swimming with this, then a charger shouldn’t be messing up. Overall, great watch. Can change the faces at any time, settings you name it. It’s waterproof(I’ve been down 8 feet so far). Its more on the minimalist side but for working out? This watch does what it’s meant to do. I do recommend, just be mindful of tattoos and possible charger issues.

Love this watch! This is an amazing upgrade to the old Garmin Forerunner 25 that I had. Took a bit of getting used to, but that's because my old watch was so basic. Love all the different face features and colours to suit everyone's personality - very quirky. GPS is spot on. Options for type of sport being carried out is brilliant. The granular features that breakdown the different muscle groups being worked on at any time is great. Sleep functions, stress levels, recovery rates. I could go on forever about how amazing this watch is. The app is also very easy to navigate alao which is brilliant.
