Bought this for the wife after she lost her dog. She absolutely loves it!When you upload the picture, you cannot get the full effect of what the finished product looked like but it easily met my expectations. The stand and LED light is a nice extra touch that not all companies offer, especially without an additional cost.

I purchased this for my mother as a gift She is very impressed with it and likes it so I am happy.

I've seen other glass pictures and the contrast is a little low. This is particularlynoticeable in the eyes and the image does not stand out as much as it could. This may be due to using more pixels because I bought the large Crystal. The smaller crystals have fewer pixels and they are larger. It is adequate, but someone disappointing.

The 3D picture is not very clear and it looks fuzzy. The light base is cheap and can't be turned on or off. I am very disappointed. Had one done by a different company and there is no comparison in the two. I have to say that the company responded back and very quickly did what they could to rectify the situation.
