Pay attention teachers!!
Hear me out! I’m giving these pencils five stars even though they write horribly and they are almost impossible to sharpen. I teach fifth grade and no matter how I mark my “emergency borrow” pencils the students walk off with them. Not anymore! These pencils can barely write. It’s also very hard to grip them. The students hate to borrow them and the certainly don’t want to keep them so they always return them. I love them!!!

Cute but Completely Useless
I purchased the Haawooky 35-Piece Flexible Pencils hoping they would be a fun, novelty item that my students could still use for simple writing or drawing. While they are undeniably darling and come in bright, vibrant colors that appeal to children, they are severely lacking in functionality. The Honest Breakdown: Aesthetics (Darling!) The pencils look great! They are colorful, unique, and instantly capture a child's attention. Perfect for party favors or classroom prizes. Useless! They are way too flimsy to write with any meaningful pressure. The lead bends and breaks easily, and trying to sharpen them is an exercise in frustration. Grip & Feel The pencils are super skinny, which makes them extremely difficult for both kids and adults to grip properly. Combined with the flimsiness, it makes trying to write a straight line impossible. Material Quality The material is fine for bending, but the overall quality is cheap. They feel exactly like a prize you'd get from a coin-operated machine, appealing to the eye, but designed to break or be ineffective. Bottom Line These pencils are comparable to putting a quarter in a gumball machine that contains cheap toys that look appealing but don't work. If you are buying these for goodie bags, party favors, or purely as a non-functional toy for fidgeting, they might be worth the novelty. However, if you are purchasing these for actual school use, homework, or as a functional writing tool, save your money. They are too flimsy and skinny to be used effectively, leading only to frustration for both students and teachers. Stick to traditional pencils for classroom use.

Cute
These are cute but not effective. I got these to add to my students' goody bags and as cute and surprised as they were they were not great to use. A good amount of them had the metal part and eraser hanging off bc they were larger than the pencils. I tried to push them on as best as I could before placing them. Otherwise an okay buy.

Fun, mostly functional
Very fun design, and they write pretty well. Eraser is a little weak, but it's still a good pencil. Not bad for what I paid for them.

Near pencils, poor quality for erasers
I bought these as prizes in my ELA class. The erasers fell of immediately. Great concept, kids loved them, but erasers didn’t last at all. Becomes a safety issue to have the eraser piece all come off.

A varios se les desprendió la parte del borrador.

Too small and thin. Difficult to sharpen.

Están bien los lápices, son flexibles, solo que están un poco delgados y el Segmento del borrador está flojo parece como si se fuera a caer. Por lo demás cumple con la expectativa.
