Last night was our first time trying this spice and it was an excellent pairing with meal. We had grilled goat cheese, with salad, basmati rice and bread.. we added it to some extra virgin olive oil and dipped our bread in it .. I personally liked to dip pieces of meat in it as well

This is the best Ras El Hanout I have ever tasted! Well balanced, very refined, elegantly spicy (not ‘hot’), I can discern high quality nutmeg in it - which I love - it is just perfect and totally intoxicating to me! I will continue to buy it for as long as Villa Jerada continues to produce it!!!
