I have multiple things I plug into the bed of my truck, from a 40 amp DC to DC charger for my camper to a 9K winch for my flatbed trailer. These connecters allow me to treat everything as plug and play. While I know I am over loading them beyond their designed purpose it is for short enough time periods I have never had any issues even after years of use. I have an extra set in my tool box just incase I need more.

No problem. Used with 8 gage copper wire. Snapped together just fine. I have it in the bed of my pickup running to the battery. I'm using them on a boat winch.
