Royal Mail were awful with delivery but seller & item (when received) were excellent!
I had a bit of trouble receiving the console as Royal Mail lost it. I contacted the seller & they had, probably, the best customer service I have experienced. They offered to either refund me entirely or send me another console at no extra cost & sent priority post. I chose this option, the console arrived a few days later & is in great condition & working perfectly fine, it is even quieter than I thought it would be! Would definitely recommend this seller 100%!

Came very fast and in good condition, the only problem I had was that the controller was not working, luckily I had a spare one.

Very pleased with purchase
Very pleased with purchase. Console clean and very few marks, works well. Great to have new cable, handset and a memory card supplied with it. Son is very happy to have a replacement PS2

Very good delivery time as I got it within a day however, the playstation came damaged and refused to read the disks of games I had purchased.

Works but...refurbished? Hmmmmm!!!!!
More surface wear than I thought I was buying, but works as described.
