Moisturizes well
It is a good moisturizer but it doesn’t last and has to be reapplied often. The texture feels good. It worked well when I first started using it but soon became ineffective.

This product works for my skin problem.
As a former US Army vet I served in Vietnam, where I was sprayed with agent orange. (I am the only surviving crew member who got sprayed that day, the others all died from skin cancer) Ever since (50+ years), The skin on my face has been in bad shape, diagnosed as 'chloracne' by the VA hospital. I have tried every available over-the-counter skin med with only slight, short term improvement, the prescription skin meds didn't work any better. Several months ago this 'Magnilife DB product came to my attention, and at that time my facial skin was in the worst condition of my life, I had to have several lumps removed when they began growing rapidly, fortunately, none were malignant. I started to use the new stuff on my face, although it is advertised for foot skin problems for diabetics. Ever since, my facial skin condition has improved at a steady rate, I still get red, irritated areas, but, they are much smaller, and seem to heal rapidly in a day or so. Even some of the persistent bumps are getting smaller, nothing has ever affected them before. The scaly skin flakes are mostly gone, and I am happy.
