I purchased the 7X "Xbox" version, but I can also just switch the dongle to my PS5 and use it on that if I wanted to! It's extremely comfortable, and I have had no issues with Bluetooth disconnecting at all. I don't think I can ever go back to a wired headset; this is just too good. It makes total sense why people vouch for this as the best Xbox headset! Sound quality is great! One weakness may be the mic isn't the best sounding. But maybe it could just be my settings? If you want a "fancier" wireless headset, you will be very satisfied with this! I will have to buy it again or another variant if this one ever dies! If you are on the fence, just buy it! Especially if you are on xbox! if you are a pc user, there may be better options out there.

For a while I refused to read the setup for this product because I have xbox series x and I assumed it was going to be difficult. I was BLOWN away but how easy it was to connect. There is a software option for customized settings but it works amazing even without that. I stream on twitch and I am always being complimented about my audio quality. It is wireless so no more tangled cords. It charges quickly. There is a mute option, volume option and sound setting on the headset itself. I can make my input more game heavy or chat party heavy. The mic has a red indicator light when it is muted. It is very user friendly and still cute. A lot of headsets that work on xbox are masculine looking but I found this one and the quality is amazing and it is cute. Also, in FPS games it is great because you know exactly where the sound is coming from and you can track other players pretty easily. This guy is my gaming wingman

These headphones are AMAZING. I work from home and these are perfect to take calls with and have meetings. I listen to music or an audio book as well, just need to pause that to take a call, but easy to do so. Set up was super easy too! I can wear these all day- roughly 8 hours with zero pain. Excellent noise canceling, and excellent sound quality. One thing not mentioned in the booklet is how to reset your headset if you need to. To do so- remove the cushion from the side where the power button is, and there is a small pin size hole. Use a paper clip to push in there and reset. Other than that- I would recommend this product a hundred times!!

So I’ve been back and forth with steel series. I had the arctis 9 before I bought these and they were great until they took a dump on me and I wasn’t committed to the price of them so I got these instead. I like these alot more in my opinion. They look better too.

This headset is incredible the only reason why it is not 5 stars is because the pairing can be confusing and might not work for a bit until it has had time to completely pair with your Xbox and/or phone the audio is a good as it could be and has a long battery life and fast charging speed easily one of the best headsets on the market anywhere

I realize I have been missing out.... The sound is AMAZING. easy set up... not noise canceling but the headphones fit so no outside noise comes in.... and... you can play xbox and listen to your Playlist at the same time, from another device.... I didn't know that was possible... wish I had gotten sooner

I have had these headphones for a little under a year and half and have had a horrible experience almost every time I use them for the past year. These headphones have been nothing but trouble since I have gotten them. For the first month or so, they were fine and had no issues. However, within a few months, I started to have issues with them connecting or even working properly. They would say they are connected and on the correct sound setting, but would not work. Sometimes my mic would work and my headphones would not, sometimes my headphones but not my mic, sometimes neither would. I had to reset my system, unplug my headset plugin, turn off and on, etc. so frequently. Over time, it has only gotten worse. I have been troubleshooting them at least once a week for the past year. About 6 months in, they started having issues with charging so I had to do a hard reset which did fix it, but the problems only got worse from there. They constantly were having connection issues, charging issues, and sound quality issues. I also would frequently have problems hearing other people when no one else did. Truly just so disappointing. I upgraded from my $30 headphone/mic set hoping I would be set for years. Instead, they are so much worse than any cheap headphones I have ever had. I have heard great things about this brand but after this experience, I do not want to ever purchase a product from them again. It is possible it is just a defective pair but regardless, it has been such a frustrating experience for the amount of money I have paid. I would recommend NOT spending this kind of money for such an awful pair of headphones when you could get so much better for less. PLUS: They are not very comfortable and the volume/voice control sucks. So not only do these expensive headphones have frequent, huge issues but they also are just... not great headphones for the price. So disappointed with my purchase.

I ordered the headphones used. I received everything except the microphone, but I didn’t really need it. I may see if steelseries could send one out, otherwise these headphones sound good. I’ve worn them for a couple of hours and my ears haven’t fatigued. The ear cushions feel good on MY EARS. Connection was instant to my PC and again they sound good. I’m satisfied. I don’t plan on using these for my phone as I use earbuds for that device. I bought these strictly for gaming.
