Certainly does what it's supposed to gave me a great energy boost ...actually made my head tingle! Reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is it tastes awful. Will try other flavours because it Certainly works

Brilliant pre workout.
Great for 10-15mins before a workout. With the caffeine content, you’re definitely going to have a boost. Used it before weight training and cardio. Good for both. Tastes horrible though. Really sour, so best to shoot it like a tequila.

Worked the first few times after felt no difference so i would say a waste of money don’t buy.

Fast acting no itch
Good workout on these everytimetakes about 15 minutes to kick in and can get a good 3 hrs out of it doesn't make you itch

Definitely not their best flavour
I do rate the TNT energy shots in general, since they contain a high level of caffeine, as well as useful ingredients such as beta-alanine. However this flavour in particular is not the best - the mixed candy is the best flavour I've found so far. I'm not even sure how to describe this flavour or what they were going for - maybe bubblegum? - but it isn't good.
