I used this phone for a non-profit that wanted a cheap but good extension in an area that's only used once a week. Pros: Supports PoE Supports G.722 Two call appearances Handling two calls at once is quite easy Contains a network switch Cons: No backlight on the LCD Only three programmable keys Network switch is 100Mbit Not wall-mountable (wall-mount bracket is extra) May not come with an AC adapter; check with your seller and buy a PoE injector if not. Really the lack of backlight is the phone's primary issue, and it wasn't a problem for this client because the area where this phone was to be installed is always well-lit.

Unit is a physically solid SIP phone, but it is extremely limited in hard buttons and built-in functions. There are three programmable buttons, but programming them to any other function eliminates the ability to check past callers, redial, or one other fixed function that passes my memory right now. If the functions can be done by speed dial, you still have 10 keys that can be used for that, but not quite a smooth.
