So I'm giving it a four out of five because I'm going to continue using this product because it's great. The problem is that they are not using the proper moisture packs to keep these pills safe and it's quality preserved. This is the second time this has happened so I decided to go ahead and write a review to let everyone know, to check your pills and their quality. The problem aren't the pills the problem are the moisture packs. I have put a picture for reference between a good pill and a defective pill. The pill on the left with a darker appearance is the one that has not lost its protective layer and fall apart because it has absorbed no moisture versus the pill on the right side that has lost its protective layer by absorbing moisture and it looks different....in the bottle was covered with powder. I appreciate the customer service for issuing a refund after I have given them a full 3 minute video demonstrating the problem. And this is for the manufacturer to go ahead and check their moisture packs so that they don't lose money.

I personally couldn’t tell a difference but maybe I didn’t use it long enough to tell to be fair.

These supplements probably work...at least I felt like they were helping me concentrate. I used them for two months but ultimately, I decided that I was eventually going to either throw up or choke on them. They are pretty large and you have to take four as a dosage. Not only are they hard to get down, but they also taste disgusting! ...but as mentioned...they may do what they are supposed to!

I partied when I was in my 20’s and now in my 30’s I noticed my memory wasn’t as sharp. Instead of ignoring a slower memory, I decided to do what I should have done in my 20’s. I’m giving my brain things it needs. Nutrients are so important. Both supplemental and in food. So is good hydration. I’ve tried several products that helped. These are my top 3 suggestions: 1. Momentz (works the best in my opinion) 2. Neuriva ( works well, and comes with an app that challenges and strengthens your brain, which is also important) 3. Prevagen Focus Factor has good reviews on Amazon. But the reviews you read on other sites are terrible. Do your research before you buy this product.
