The BTMETER anemometer BT-100 can measure wind speeds in 5 units, each with different resolutions: 0.3-30 m/s (0.1 resolution), 59-5905 ft/min (19 resolution), 1-55 knots (0.2 resolution), 2-90 km/h (0.3 resolution), and 1-65 mph (0.2 resolution)

Can this be used to measure cfm going to hvac air handler at inlet filter?

Yes, you can use it to detect hvac air vent wind situation. But please noted that it can't directly display CFM airflow volume reading - manual calculation will be required to get this. FYI, Air Flow CFM(Q)=Wind speed(V) xDuct Cross Sectional Area(A)
