Super tasty! Feels like such a good treat like a Haribo yet has all the benefits. Really helped my gut and so easy to take with me when I go to work or gym. I love it’s a prebiotic as well. The price is also very good I feel and to be honest it tastes that good and works that I don’t mind paying for quality. Great quality.

Sweet, tasty snack, helps digestion

A delicious, chewy snack, just like fruit leather sweets. I bought them out of curiosity as I once worked at the university where they were developed and hoped to support their work by buying this product as part of my lower carb weight loss diet. I won’t be purchasing again though. Like others I saw the pack contained 70 gummies so expected it to last about a month - on receiving them I saw that the bag contained ten small packets and that two a day is recommended- which is 14 gummies, making this product a five day ‘course’ at just short of 100 calories a day) I took one pack a day for ten days and found the effect of the fibre content on the gut is so mild as to be unnoticeable. Despite this they would make lovely snacks for a lunchbox, but are so extremely expensive I simply can’t afford to buy them regularly.

Feel like a treat as well. This is a one off because they are out of my budget, but they have worked with helping calorie control and in between fasting. Also good size - they don’t disappear straight away, there is something to chew which is satisfying. Little packets are good so that if you have one every now and then, the rest of the packet is still sealed. Thank you.
