I recently purchased this front door handle to replace an older, less reliable one, and I couldn't be happier with the upgrade! This set is really nice and good quality. The instructions are okay. I do wish this had a traditional lock on the bottom handle, as this is a deadbolt only system. My dog figured out how to open this door while its unlocked. Oops!

I live in a condo and my front door, 50 years old and original, needed restoration bad day. I bought this door handle and lock set because it's as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures, and in my opinion looks amazing on the front door. It was a great price, has a sophisticated and Polished look, was very easy to install, but unfortunately, the lock spindle bar is too short and I cannot lock the door or unlock the door from the outside. I've tried to find a longer spindle bar for lock mechanism but with no luck, so I'm simply going to have to replace the lock portion with one that actually works. If you have a very thin front door it should work fine but if you have a thicker front door, like I do, this lock won't work. The handle can be tricky as well because it doesn't want to release from the outside and I've found myself unable to open my unlocked fron door multiple times because the latch gets stuck. So in conclusion, not all great deals are good deals. I do not recommend this product.

No actual instructions, just pictures. It was very hard for me to install, even though I was replacing my old one (so no template needed for drilling holes, etc.) I only needed to replace my loose inside handle, but I installed all the new parts. My Grandson ended up finishing what I had started, so it's working, so far. It looks nice and seems sturdy. Time will tell.

Looked beautiful on the front door

Handle set (no deadbolt) was great! It came with full instructions for installation with existing and new doors with template. My door was just a replacement so it was very easy to remove the old one and install this one. I’ve gone through a kwikset and this set replaced it, I wish I had gotten this one sooner. It fits snug and actually stopped the door sagging. The gold finish matches the deadbolt also.

Very happy with the quality of this handle assembly. Perfect fit and holds up well for our usage.

Looks great and easy to install, but the door latch mechanism barely lasted 8 months before breaking. Turning the handle no longer opens the door and now I have to replace it again. Do yourself a favor, spend the $100 for a quality Schlage and avoid this product.

Love the look of it, but that's it. Not installed a week and the handle snapped off. The only thing keeping my door closed is the dead bolt. Now I got to purchase another one, and can't use my door for another few weeks.. rotted.

Installed this in my door to replace and older one and had it put in within a half hour as I had to drill a hole since my old handle actually screwed in from the outside. This one has a bolt that screws on from the inside. This one is way better and looks nicer too! Would def. recommend.
