I found this to be problematic, the different settings were difficult, just putting the buds back in the charger felt back to front, not a matter of taking out of your ear and placing in charger, had to be turned around to sit, the buds also sat gingerly in my ears and easily fell out. I bought little loops which sit over my rear to hold buds in, also complicated. No longer use and only maybe two months old.

I'm so disappointed in this next iteration of Jabra earbuds aimed to help the mobile professional. First, let me preface my review by stating I've owned the Elite 75t as well as (currently) the Elite 85t, so that is the reference point for comparisons from my personal experience. Call clarity and quality over Zoom when connected to my work laptop via the USB C connection has a "tinny" quality to it; it's noticably less rich and full as the Elite 85t. It's actually quite distracting. Volume output using the same connection is significantly lower; where I find 28-30 in Windows is adequate for the 85t, the Evolve2 have to be double that to get the same output. This would be a huge problem on any calls where a participant is quieter than the others. I don't like the "muted"/"unmuted" audible confirmation that occurs even if someone is talking during a call (or if I am, for that matter). I have the voice feedback turned on for my 85t set, and they don't do this. It's extremely distracting. There are sporadic (what I would call) audible artifacts heard over the USB C connection when in use. I didn't test Bluetooth because the whole selling point of these was to get better battery life and further range using the new USB C connection instead of relying solely on BT. My biggest complaint: the fit and comfort of these is abysmal. Nowhere near as sleek and comfortable as the 85t. I attribute this primarily to the ovular shape of the 85t fit when compared to the traditional circular shape fit of these. This is a step in the wrong direction for comfort and a decent ear seal without causing wear fatigue. Battery life is stellar, but that doesn't matter to me when factoring-in all the other sacrifices Jabra appears to have made just to extend the battery life and range. I really wanted to like these, they are well-built. Unfortunately, for my use case they don't meet my QOL needs, and I wouldn't recommend them. It looks like I'll be buying a second pair of the 85t to use for work days with back to back calls since I can't usually get more than 4 hours out of those.

Exceptional connections for teams and zoom calls hold charge for a long time . Noise cancelation is average look for some latest models, sound us good for only calls not good for listening to music or use with phones. Very comfortable and I picked up a unopened box hence got it for a good price

These do the job for office meetings and integrate with teams better than my airpods, however the sound quality is not as good as my airpods and the fit is pretty rough. I have had these fall out of my ears multiple times. If I want to listen to something while I eat, I just put my airpods in as these will fall right out. The fit options aren't very good and they are just not as comfortable as my airpods. Other than that, the app is good and the functionality and support is great. I just don't think these live up to the price point for the issues mentioned.

At first I liked the product as I am frequently on the phone for work. However I have given this product an honest try, and it doesn't seem to be very compatible with my body. They consistently fall out of my ears (even with trying all of the various size adjustments the product comes with, and for some reason I get a headache after extended use. Another thing that happened is for some reason my ears ooze ear wax at a rapid pace if I use this product too frequently. I never had this issue before, so I abstained from using this product for a period of time(two weeks) and my ears went back to normal, no headaches etc, I then tried to give them a try again, and the same problems occurred. It is unfortunate as the Jabra brand is typically associated with being the best quality etc. These are also rather expensive product and they don't seem to be very compatible with my body. Noise cancelation is not very good. Overall very disappointed in this product and the Jabra brand.
