Smells amazing when added to my morning oatmeal. Rehydrates nicely. Tastes good, but obviously not as sweet or flavorful as a good fresh one or something with a lot of added sugar or chemicals. But fresh strawberries are seasonal, expensive, and go bad quickly and these win at convenience. The trade-off is these can stay fresh in you cupboard basically forever. Surprisingly bright red for a dehydrated product. Would be good as a decoration or topping on baked goods.

I purchased this at the introductory special price of about $20. Product came the next day and was packed really well. Amazon shipped the item in a box with those air filled plastic balloons, so the item arrived in great condition which was a relief since freeze dried food items are a bit more delicate. Upon opening the bag, the smell of tart strawberries was very noticeable. The majority of the bag was whole unbroken slices. The fruit pieces were light, airy, slightly crisp/crunchy, and had a fresh tartness and mild sweetness. Very tasty and will definitely be using this in smoothies, whip cream, salads, or just to snack on as is. Great product, very fresh, and fantastic intro price. This bag should last a me a while assuming I can keep from eating it too quickly. Will definitely be picking up more after I run out.

These are the best freeze dried strawberry you can buy. I can’t eat a lot of sugar, and I always want a sweet snack. These are incredibly low in calories, absolutely delicious, and don’t make me sick. They also are really wonderful to put in ice water, to give it a little bit of flavor if you’re not really a fan of drinking just plain water, and sometimes I even bake with them!

This was my first time purchasing organic strawberries. They were very tart. Not sweet overall. These are best for use making snowflake crisps, desserts, or cereal. There was quite a bit for the price. I appreciate the foil packaging, to preserve the quality of the product and reduce microplastics in the food.

Ok. More tart than I expected so my toddler didn't eat them. I don't mind them.

My kids and especially my toddler love dried strawberries. To now feed his sweet addiction, we are subscribing two bags every two weeks (can’t do weekly). Yes, it’s expensive, but at least they’re organic and bartering chips to get him to eat other, less appetizing foods. They have great crunch and are very vibrant in color. As others have mentioned, there is a decent amount of strawberry dust at the bottom, but that’s expected for any freeze dried fruit and this is a large bag. I plan on adding the dust to yogurts and smoothies.
