100% effective -- and not just for pet odors & stains
I board dogs in my home and have used this product on almost a daily basis for many years. For any dog "accident" I don't bother with any kind of cleaner at all, I just wipe up the mess with paper towels and then use Advanced Nature's Miracle to "clean" the area. On hard surface floors I use one spray and paper towels to wipe up any remaining urine or fecal matter, another spray and wipe to remove any possible leftovers, and a 3rd light spray that I let dry on the floor. There is never any dog-odor in my home. I use it on hardwood floors, a vinyl floor and porcelain tile. I also use it successfully on carpet spots -- first blot up as much of the mess as possible, then saturate the area with ANM, and let sit a few minutes, then blot all the wetness up with a lot of paper towels folded up -- you can stand on them to help wick up the moisture. I've taken up some pretty hellacious stains very successfully with this product. Sometimes it takes multiple applications of saturating and blotting on carpeting, but I've never had a stain or odor I couldn't get rid of. Most recently I used it in a situation that I thought was hopeless and ANM still worked. I live in an old home in a semi-rural area. When the weather was humid there was a smell in a lower level bedroom I couldn't get rid of and it turned out many generations of mice had set up housekeeping inside the wall between the drywall and the foundation. The foundation was half-height in this room (with the windows at ground level), so there was a shelf built on top of the foundation half-wall that ran the length of the outside wall and it turned out that the original construction technique provided a "super-highway" for the mice to run on top of the foundation and drop down between ALL the studs, not just one spot. We had to remove all the drywall and I was horrified to discover the mice had been living there for decades. It took that long for the accumulated mouse-urine smell to finally permeate the drywall. The filth they left behind was overwhelming. We removed and threw out all the drywall. What remained was the concrete foundation and the wooden studs that would hold up the drywall. The fecal matter and urine were caked like pools of dried tar on both horizontal and vertical surfaces of both the wood and concrete. It was a daunting project, but I really didn't want to burn the house down and start over. I scraped off what I could with a putty knife and then working with a small section at a time, I'd thoroughly spray with Advanced Nature's Miracle, scrub like the dickens with a stiff brush, then blot up the disgusting mess with paper towels and repeat the process. At the end of the day I sprayed the entire concrete and wood surface until saturated and left it over night to dry. The next day I repeated the entire process. It was a lot of work, but in the end I had pretty much eliminated the mouse odor altogether. You couldn't smell it when you walked into the room and could only get a faint whiff if you put your nose right up to the wood. The wooden studs that had appeared almost black with mouse-waste now appeared to look like normal wood for the most part. I didn't know how deep into the wood I could get the ANM to penetrate, but I was very satisfied with the point we had reached and I thought a couple of coats of primer would finish the job. I put a fan on it and dried it thoroughly for a few days. After that I applied 3 coats of Kilz Maximum primer, letting it dry 24 hours between coats. At the end of this ordeal, there was absolutely no bleed through on the primer and there was not the faintest trace of mouse leftover. The foundation and studs were hospital-white and everything smelled clean and fresh. An absolutely amazing transformation. Advanced Natures Miracle works - but you have to follow the directions. Sometimes it takes some elbow grease to help it work, but it is effective if you allow it to saturate whatever is holding the odor so it can do its job. Sometimes you have to repeat the process -- but if you want to end up with a clean, fresh space afterwards, Advanced Nature's Miracle is definitely the product to use.

Wonderful effective product
I was really surprised at any negitive reviews on this product. I can see how the scent would be a little strong for some, but I really like it. I guess it is a little strong at first, but much much better than urine or feces scent :) I run a kennel and have about 10 dogs (indoor dogs) running my house. Yes they are doggy door trained, but there are accidents that I don't notice until it is too late and dried. This product works wonders. For the first week you apply it you will be able to smell the urine in the air if it is really strong or lots in the carpet. Once it has dried you should smell no urine at all, however if soiled badly enough...it could need a 2nd or 3 red application. Most of the time 2 application will work with dog urine. If the urine is still wet, sop it up with a rag or paper towel as much as possible and then one application of the product will generally work. If the urine is old and dried and wasn't sopped up....then I generally think it will take two applications. Usually if I can smell urine in the air after it gets wet...it just reminds me how much urine is really in my carpet. I truly believe those that are talking about the foul smell after applying this product has much much more urine in there carpet than they believe they do. This product absolutely works and works very well, however if you have A LOT of urine you will need to apply 3 even 4 applications to get it compeltely removed and this needs to be done after each application has 100% dried which honestly can take up to 2 weeks if it has soaked into the pad and flooring (which it should if you want to get all the urine odor out)....I can also say that after the first application the yellow marks may still be there so I will always spray the top of the carpet and rub with a clean rag and it will always take the discoloration out, but it wont always take the discoloring out just by pooring on, sometimes you have to rub the carpet with another application to get the staining out. If used properly this is a wonderful and very effective product.

This works great on cat urine stains!
There is no other pet stain and odor product I have tried that works like this one does. I have 2 cats, and while they are well behaved and trained now, they both came to me with terrible bladder infections as kittens, and they couldn't help but pee themselves. This product was a lifesaver, it neutralized any of the smell and staining, I would blot up the excess urine, then thoroughly wet the area with this product, making sure to soak the rug down to the padding, I'd let it sit a bit, about 5 minutes, before using my steam cleaning unit to extract the liquid, working until it was barely damp. I'd then let the area dry, and once it was dry, there was no smell, no staining, and the cats never bothered the spots or resoiled them. I had tried 2 other more expensive products that were recommended to me by my local pet store, but one left the stains, and the other was like trying to use water, it left both stains and smell. I currently use this product as part of my litterbox cleaning toolkit, it really does help clean and deodorize the box. I use it after I've emptied and disinfected the box, I liberally soak it in this then let it sit a few minutes before rinsing and drying it. It smells like new, and the box is now well over a year and half old! I've had people come into my apartment and if they hadn't seem my cats or my litterbox, they'd have never have known I had them, in part due to this product helping me with odor.

This product is really good for keeping my home clean from urine. It’s not cheap, but it does the job and that’s crucial. Hope this helps.

Haven't tried this yet; bought it as a refill for the non-advanced stuff. However, I'm reviewing it already with two stars off, just because of the smell. It really stinks, even in the unopened bottle :( One of those strong chemical smells that catches your throat and makes you wonder if you're even safe inhaling it.

This arrived in good time and well packed but the contents was not the same as I had before in the spray bottles I had from Amazon twice befor! I do not think it works as well and the smell is not the same. This is a shame as I did like the smell and action of the mix in the spray, the 1gal was cheaper so I ordered that.
